Moments of well-being and wellness The design, development, manufacture and distribution of magnetic jewellery are the core business of ENERGETIX Bingen. Millions of customers throughout the world already wear our magnetic jewellery. Beauty and wellness thus combine in an incomparable manner. Almost nobody can resist the power that radiates from ENERGETIX Bingen jewellery. It has brought new happiness and daily relief to many. Wellness is also the purpose of our Immune Power Drink, which combines the juice of American cranberries, resveratrol from red grapes and vitamin C. With magnetic jewellery and the Immune Power Drink we bring moments of well-being into the lives of our customers.

Independent and trendy Our designers draw inspiration from the current trend in the international jewellery market and from the wishes of our customers. International collaboration produces distinctive creations with the personal style of ENERGETIX Bingen, a style that meets with high approval throughout the world in different cultural circles. Fascinating high-quality jewellery with integrated magnets is the basis of our success and a challenge for the future.

Development Steady and continuous From very small beginnings in 2002, we have risen to become the market leader in direct sales of magnetic jewellery. There are 6,000 active distributors in Germany, our country of origin, and for many of them it is their main job. 22,000 distributors sell our jewellery in over 32 countries. Licence holders make a significant contribution to the company’s success. In 2010 our combined sales at catalogue prices were 67 million Euros. 72 staff members working in Bingen support the activities of our distributors throughout the world. Our main 2010/2011 catalogue had a print run of over 1,000,000 copies. The development of our self-funded company is based on a solid strategy on the part of owner and CEO Roland Förster, who adheres to time-tested rules of business and aims at continuous healthy growth. Klaus-Peter Thiel and Alexander Link support him in managing the company. The ongoing company policy means that our distributors and staff have the feeling they can work and live on a sound foundation.

IT manage- ment system Trend-setting and successful Our distributors receive enormous support from our IT management system, which sets the standards internationally in direct selling. Communication worldwide between distributors, their teams and the company headquarters in Bingen can operate around the clock via the management system. Orders, scheduling, accounting, product information, sales trends, downloadable advertising e-mails – the system covers all topics relevant to success. Energetix Bingen’s management system is trend-setting in its complexity and depth. This is confirmed by the intensive use made of it.

Our greatest capital We have a cordial, team and service oriented relationship with our distributors. We know our success is always a joint one. So we work in a genuine partnership: from the compilation of the jewellery collection, promotional aids, incentive projects and events through to day-today support, which covers all major and minor concerns and wishes. The remuneration plan provides our distributors with earnings in excess up to 40% of sales. ENERGETIX Bingen offers not only excellent jewellery but also a stable commercial base as an independent business person, with a promising future. As members of the ENERGETIX STARCLUB, the most successful distributors have a close connection with the company’s management. From their first day of work, our distributors experience the high status they have within the company. They discover that they are our greatest capital.

Home parties A major part of the personal sales volume of our distributors comes from presentations known as home parties. The parties are held at the home of the distributor or of a host who invites round friends, acquaintances and relatives. The distributor introduces and explains our magnetic jewellery at the presentation and the guests can order it on the spot. There are often one or two people among the guests who would like to host a home party themselves. People who can see themselves working as jewellery consultants are supported by the distributor while they are getting started.

Fairs and events ENERGETIX Bingen magnetic jewellery can be sold everywhere. In train compartments, in waiting rooms, at the hairdresser’s, in hotel bars … – there are opportunities to talk about jewellery everywhere. The most successful situations are those that have been professionally prepared, a jewellery stand at a fair or event for instance. Here too, things are not restricted to jewellery sales. Often enthusiasm about the jewellery leads to appointments for home presentations or even the start of a new professional career. Because customers who visit a fair stand and find out about the great earnings opportunities are always saying, “That’s something I can do. That’s something I want to do”

Building up business Career without limits “Sellers add up their successes – team leaders multiply them!� The impressive careers of our distributors are continuously confirming this fundamental rule of direct selling. They all started as jewellery consultants under the supervision of their sponsor and a lot made the jump to team leaders by continually following the tips and training advice, ending up as a medium sized business person. Our stars generally have three or four hundred distributors in their group. They have risen to leadership positions from a wide range of professional backgrounds, as is only possible with direct selling.

An inner need A crisis-proof job that is fun, careers without limits, social recognition and for many the intensive experience of magnetic jewellery – these are the main criteria that bind our distributors to ENERGETIX Bingen. So they feel the need to say thank-you. We are delighted that we – and our distributors – have found a way to share our success with other people who often do not know us, through our charity activities. We have supported the work of Dutch doctor, Hugo Tempelmann on concrete projects to improve the life and perspective of orphans of aids victims to the tune of 70,000 Euro to date (July 2009).
