CONCEPT We create Alexander Calder sculptures that carry throughout the event. The entrance is a high jumper bent over backwards. Other track and field sculptures will be sprinkled throughout the grounds. Companies can sponsor the different sculptures and each one can have a QR code on a sign in front of it. It can have stories about the history of the event, and information about the company sponsoring the piece. The QR codes can also serve as a way to create interactive scavenger hunts for attendees. These whimsical characters can also exist on t-shirts, flags and carry through signage.
SUPPORTING IMAGES
CONCEPT We will create a huge sculpture out of big projection screens. This will serve as an entry where people can interact and walk through the base of it. It will have different images projected onto it with film or still photography and logos. These projection screens will be carried through the event and differerent kiosk-type set-ups can tell different stories throughout.

CONCEPT We will create an open-air ribbon entrance where people can walk through and interact with stories and imagery of historical track and field events. The back wall will be a big projection screen where old track and field film footage will be played. This option can also work with a closed tunnel and movies and imagery can be played all the way through. We can tell the story of “The Road to London� as people walk through the tunnel.
