The Boardwalk is a quiet seaside suburb catering to a diverse population looking to escape the city and enjoy a sense of community.

The loudest sound you’ll hear is the roaring of turquoise blue waves crashing on solid rock. The waves fortunate enough to not come to that violent end, slowly come to a tranquil lap on the warm sand of neatly nestled beaches. Wooden steps lead you from the beach to the tops of sandstone cliffs above you. Up there your ears are filled with the contrasting bustling noise of music, laughter and the steady drumming of joyful footsteps on the wooden planks of The Boardwalk.

The Boardwalk is a quiet seaside suburb catering to a diverse population looking to escape the city and enjoy a sense of community. Everything that happens here surrounds the main focal point, their name sake, an extensive boardwalk filled with attractions.

The expanse of The Boardwalk features 10 exclusive stores from recognizable brands and famed designers. Featured on the boardwalk as well is the theater which houses The Chit Chat With Chad Show. The show is a bi-weekly talk show which features interviews with notable celebrities and other special guests, all hosted by The Boardwalk’s CEO and Mayor Chadley Darkwood. “I want the Boardwalk to be a safe place for everyone. I want people to feel comfortable. Leave the clicks behind. I want them to enjoy their time here and not worry about what they look like. Not worry about what they are wearing and just have fun.” says Chadley as he gears up to celebrate the 1st anniversary of The Boardwalk. As you talk a stroll from one end of the Boardwalk to the other you will find three piers. These piers extend out from the main Boardwalk and jut over the water. Each pier featuring a different form of entertainment.

One pier supports the outdoor club named The Pier. The other two piers hold the usual fan fair one would remember from their childhood. One the second pier you can enjoy the amusements of bumper cars. While the third pier holds carnival games, gaming tables and a even a ferris wheel that can be seen from any distance.

Take the walk down the main corridor at the center of The Boardwalk and you will be lead away from the carnival music, down the brick lined walk ways of the residential area. Take a stroll alongside white picket fences which line the perfectly manicured lawns of dream homes. Whether you’re looking for a seasonal summer stay or a lavish forever home, there is a place that’s perfect for you at The Boardwalk. Families watch children play in the park or spend the day lounging and mingling with neighbors at the club house pool. “To celebrate our 1st Anniversary, we’re going to renovate areas of the sim to bring more entertainment to the residents that live here and those that visit.” In the near future Chad and his team have plans to open 2 more social venues and expand their schedule of planned activities.

After enjoying a long sunny day at The Boardwalk, you can grab a drink and watch the sunset on the many social seating areas along the walkway. If you are able to stay late enough, we recommend you walk over to the river and grab a floatie or bring your own inflatable tube. Once the sun sets and the sky is dark enough, you can enjoy the “Dive-In Movie” on the large movie screen while floating along the cool waters and enjoy the summer nights. Whether you’re a quiet sunbather or a gaming thrill seeker there is something for everyone at The Boardwalk, and everyone is welcomed.
