My Life as a Third Grade‌Books My Life as a Third Grade Zombie My Life as a Third Grade Vampire My Life as a Third Grade Werewolf
Doris, Zorba, and Orloff are third-grade orphans. They transferred to their new school from Transylvania, Pennsylvania. No one seems to know what to make of the trio.
1
Doris, Zorba, and Orloff sleep all day during class. There is just nothing their teacher, Ms. Bogus, can do to keep them awake. Still, they make very good grades.
2
“How do you make such good grades when you sleep all day?” their new friend, Joe, asks them. “We study all night!” Doris, Zorba, and Orloff say proudly. Joe just stares at the trio’s bloodshot eyes.
3
Mr. Ernie, the principal, worries about Doris, Zorba, and Orloff. He calls them to his office. They waddle down the hall, waving to new friends along the way. As they pass each classroom, kids just stare. The orphans give everyone a big grin. They are thrilled to be invited to the principal’s office!
4
“If you sleep all day in class,” Mr. Ernie tells them, “I will have to expel you.” “Oh!” says Doris. “An X Spell! That sounds wonderful! What is it?”
5
Doris, Zorba, and Orloff are vampire orphans, only it is not certain if they realize that? When they transfer from Transylvania to their new school, the trio fits right in, much to the surprise of their teacher Ms. Bogus, their principal Mr. Ernie, and the school nurse Miss Needle. While it’s clear they are “different” from other students, the vampire orphans soon prove that they’re all about helping, learning, and achieving great things!
