Minimum tuition for Residents of Texas is $300 - Minimum tuition for Non-Residents of Texas is $792 - Tuition per credit hour for Residents of Texas is $50 - Tuition per credit hour for Non-Residents of Texas is $132. Third repeat course or developmental course work that exceeds 27 hours will be assessed at $60 per credit hour surcharge. Non-Residents of Texas who are not located within the state of Texas, enrolled in distance education will be assessed a $100 per credit hour surcharge. LABORATORY AND SPECIAL FEES

Under the rules promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Galveston College will refund tuition and applicable fees for withdrawals and dropped classes as scheduled below: 100% prior to December 16, 2022 25% prior to 5 p.m. on December 20, 2022 70% prior to 5 p.m. on December 19, 2022 None after 5 p.m. on December 20, 2022

SPRING 2023 CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY, JAN. 17, 2023

Under the rules promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Galveston College will refund tuition and applicable fees for withdrawals and dropped classes as scheduled below: 100% prior to January 17, 2023 25% prior to 7 p.m. on February 13, 2023 70% prior to 7 p.m. on February 6, 2023 None after 7 p.m. on February 13, 2023

SPRING 2023 SECOND START CLASSES BEGIN MONDAY, FEB. 20, 2023

Under the rules promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Galveston College will refund tuition and applicable fees for withdrawals and dropped classes as scheduled below: 100% prior to February 20, 2023 25% prior to 5 p.m. on March 9, 2023 70% prior to 5 p.m. on March 3, 2023 None after 5 p.m. on March 9, 2023

The $30 registration fee is non-refundable at any time.

Student I.D. cards must be obtained by the 12th class day or there will be an additional $5 charge.

A $25 non-refundable late registration fee will be assessed for spring credit course registration beginning January 12, 2023.

A $10 non-refundable schedule change fee will be assessed for spring credit course additions, drops, or changes beginning January 17, 2023.

Galveston College reserves the right to change its tuition, fees and refund policy wholly or in part during the semesters covering in the schedule. All third-party vouchers covering payment must be submitted before the last day of the refund period.
