The Global Gaming Awards Americas returns to the Venetian Las Vegas for its 11th consecutive year.
It has been another memorable year of innovation within the American gaming market, as new technologies and transformations have helped to elevate and reshape the industry over the past 12 months. Therefore, once again, all roads lead back to Las Vegas for the 11th iteration of the Global Gaming Awards Americas, as the industry looks to celebrate the very best that American gaming has had to offer over the last year.
On day one of G2E 2024, Gaming America and Gambling Insider are proud
to once again host the Global Gaming Awards Americas for the 11th time, at the The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
Hitting over a decade of being held in Sin City, the Global Gaming Awards are the most prestigious and coveted awards in the industry and, thanks to the strict rules and procedures put in place, have gained respect among industry heavyweights. Companies are nominated based on their industry performance over the previous 12 months, with the decision process behind their nomination being made public in the official Shortlist magazine.
A panel of over 100 C-level executives from across the industry contribute toward the decision process behind the winners, with KPMG in the Crown Dependencies independently adjudicating the voting process to ensure full transparency and fairness.
Self-nominations for the 2024 Global Gaming Awards Americas were held between March 1 and April 26, giving operators and suppliers alike the opportunity to be considered for as many categories and the chance to be honored come the ceremony on October 7. The Shortlist was finalized on August 1 and is
set to be revealed on September 6, with all nominated companies now contacted.
The Awards are set to take place October 7 at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas during a luncheon ceremony situated in the middle of day one during the G2E event. Furthermore, the different categories companies may be honored for include Land-Based Operator of the Year, Digital Operator of the Year, North American Property of the Year and Sportsbook Supplier of the Year, with many other prestigious Awards set to be handed out.
Voting commences after the Shortlist is made available to the public. The Judging Panel will be asked to cast their votes for a winner and runner-up across all categories.
Of course, any Awards categories in which one of the judges could hold a conflict of interest will be identified, with the given executive being removed from the voting process for that specific category.
The past 12 months have helped revolutionize the gaming industry and enhance the offerings it provides for players. The Global Gaming Awards Americas ensures recognition for only the very best of what the industry has brought forward over the last calendar year. There has been a plethora of new launches and potential honorees leading up to October, including products conceived from Interblock’s acquisition of Aruze’s table game assets. Further, Interblock also made its first expansion into the iGaming space after forming a strategic

partnership with Black Cow Technology.
In terms of property development, Station Casinos opened its new Durango Casino and Resort location in early December 2023 in the Summerlin, Las Vegas area. At the 2023 Global Gaming Awards Americas, Wynn Resorts took home the Land-Based Operator of the Year Award and will look to repeat the honor among a number of worthy properties that have provided best-in-class experiences for its patrons.
This Awards season, a number of exciting possibilities have arisen as to which companies will be honored at this year’s ceremony. The past 12 months have seen industry-defining transactions and advancements, including Apollo Game Management’s acquisition of International Game Technology (IGT) and Everi for $6.3bn. Moreover, Evolution also entered into an agreement to acquire Galaxy Gaming in July of 2024 for approximately $85m. With so many new developments currently taking place, the gaming industry continues to expand and looks to incorporate the very best products for its consumers.
The transactions listed above certainly hold relevance to awards such as Digital Operator of the Year, Product Innovation of the Year, Slot of the Year and many more. The Global Gaming Awards Americas will look to evolve in tandem with the companies it honors each year, which is why it has garnered a reputation of being the most prestigious and trusted awards
ceremony by industry heavyweights.
An impressive list of notable names have already been included in this year’s Judging Panel, ranging from top leaders in the gaming space currently to the people who oversee some of the most successful casino resorts operating today. Members of the 2024 Global Gaming Awards judging panel include Mohegan CEO Ray Pineault, FanDuel CEO Amy Howe, the Awards’ first-ever twotime winner of the American Executive of the Year category, IGT President of Global Gaming Nick Khin, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol President Allie Evangelista and Light & Wonder Gaming CEO Siobhan Lane. The industry leaders listed represent a fraction of the prestige and experience this year’s judging panel has to offer.
The 2024 Global Gaming Awards Americas are privileged to return to the Entertainment Capital of the World for an incredible 11th year, as the event continues to build a storied history of celebrating the best and brightest in the gaming industry, alongside the accomplishments it sees every year. As the Shortlist for this year’s Awards is set to be released, the anticipation from operators and suppliers for the opportunity to come together at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas is quickly building.
Gaming America and Gambling Insider look forward to once again powering the Global Gaming Awards Americas and can’t wait to see which companies are honored in Las Vegas on October 7.
STATESIDE EXPANSION
Gaming America converses with Soft2Bet Chief Business Development Officer, Martin Collins, about this year’s G2E and Soft2Bet's imminent expansion in the US.
What are you looking forward to most at this year’s G2E?
This is a very interesting year for us at G2E, as it marks one year since we at Soft2Bet officially launched in the US. One year on, we now have the opportunity to gauge how our brand perception may have changed stateside and reflect on how much progress we have made in that time period. What does the market really know us for? What else can we deliver going forward? We’re looking forward to answering those questions when we meet up with our partners in person and look at how we can continue to grow our North American footprint.
What do you believe are the benefits of G2E for businesses?
With last year’s show attendance being around 25,000, the conference presents a fantastic opportunity for us to meet with many relevant people who can help us with our business. G2E is very much the home of North American gaming. For us at Soft2Bet specifically, we’re in a phase of rapid expansion. In March, we received registration to operate in Ontario with our Tooniebet brand – and that’s just the beginning. We are now in the process of gaining license approval in New Jersey and G2E provides the perfect stage for us to boost our reputation in light of those expansion plans.
Your MEGA gamification solution has been a big development for Soft2Bet this year – will you be bringing this product to the exhibition?
I think our Motivational Engineering Gaming Application (MEGA) ties in perfectly with
what we are trying to offer in the region. Bonuses and promotion costs in regulated markets have become a significant pain point for operators; especially in North America with its regulatory landscape.
We will put a lot of emphasis on our MEGA engines at G2E, as these provide a solution to a problem every North American operator is facing currently. Our gamification engine has the potential to completely transform the industry, making it highly relevant for the region. We have many new features for MEGA, including innovative mechanics, a centralized game centre for operators to control the entire operation, A/B testing capabilities and audience segmentation based on data. We cannot wait to discuss these updates at the show.
What other products are you excited to bring to G2E this year?
Our turnkey solution is like no other, and with MEGA to complement it, our offering is even stronger.
MARTIN COLLINS CBDO Soft2Bet
At G2E, we’ll be showcasing our platform’s technical power, but we’ll also look out for startups in need of funding through our new Soft2Bet Invest initiative. Soft2Bet Invest is a really exciting project that goes hand in hand with our experience. We’re targeting competitive iGaming and casual gaming start-ups, and we’re ready to help them grow and innovate.
If you are to return for G2E 2025 – how would you hope to reflect on the year?
We want to come back next year with more licenses in North America; and this year’s show could be a crucial starting point for that. By 2025, we want to be live with more partners and will also have launched new MEGA gamification mechanics by then.
You can also expect to see more start-ups being funded, and we are hoping to expand our team so that it will be bigger and happier than ever before. As we continue to grow at this pace, expect us to return with even more ambitious plans next year.
North America represents a busy marketplace. What are your plans in the region for the rest of the year?
In Q1 2025, we plan to launch our very own B2C brand in New Jersey. This marks our first foray into the US market, backed up with our launch of Tooniebet in Ontario. There is no doubt the market is challenging, but it is a risk worth taking. With our innovative and powerful offering, we believe we can be at the front of the second wave of US iGaming and drive profitable and sustainable revenue in North America.
TAILORED TO INDUSTRY NEEDS
Ksenia Virko, Director of Marketing at Internet Vikings, discusses the hosting provider’s aims for G2E and beyond.
How will Internet Vikings be incorporating its sports betting hosting services into its display for G2E this year?
At Internet Vikings, we prioritize showcasing our solutions at top industry events. This year at G2E, we will present our high-quality hosting solutions tailored specifically for iGaming and online sports betting platforms. Our display will highlight our offerings in VMware cloud solutions, dedicated servers and co-location services.
The Internet Vikings team is excited to unveil something unique this year – our very first server, a symbol of our journey and success over the past 16 years. This highlights our journey to becoming a leading cloud provider known for our innovation and reliability in the industry.
Are there ways in which the company can gain more insight into that particular sector at an event such as G2E?
The event offers us a wealth of opportunities to gain deeper insights into the sports betting sector. We are confident that our participation will bring significant benefits, as we engage in targeted networking with key industry leaders, and actively participate in panel discussions and strategic meetings. These interactions will not only keep us at the forefront of emerging trends, but will also allow us to continue offering hosting solutions that meet and exceed the regulatory and operational demands of our niche market.
What does the company enjoy most about G2E and how does
the event help Internet Vikings expand its network?
Despite not having a physical presence in the US, Internet Vikings has built strong relationships with our American customers, who contribute over 70% of our total revenue. Events like G2E provide us with valuable opportunities to reinforce these connections in person. We value the face-to-face interactions that strengthen our partnerships, demonstrate our commitment to service excellence and open doors to new business opportunities within the dynamic US market.
What are the company’s goals when attending events such as these?
Our primary goal at G2E is to showcase our licensed in-state hosting solutions, which
have positioned Internet Vikings as the fastest-growing hosting provider in the iGaming and online sports betting industry. Beyond business, we aim to build meaningful connections and stay attuned to industry developments. We want to ensure that every visitor to our booth 3623 leaves with a clear understanding of how Internet Vikings is focused on providing the highest-quality hosting services in all aspects of performance, cybersecurity and customer service.
Will we be seeing any examples of Internet Vikings’ partnerships with Hacksaw Gaming or Bragg displayed at the event this year?
Instead of focusing on individual partnerships, Internet Vikings will highlight the collective success of our clients and partners. We will proudly display their logos and share stories of how we supported their entry into the US market, emphasizing the trust we’ve built with our customers.
KSENIA VIRKO Director of Marketing Internet Vikings
What are Internet Vikings’ goals for the remainder of 2024, and how can G2E bring the company closer to achieving them?
As we move through 2024, our primary goal is to maintain our status as a leading hosting provider with live solutions in 24 states and worldwide. G2E is a key event for us to strengthen our market position, expand our customer base and continue enhancing our licensed hosting offerings. Our focus remains on providing personalized support to our clients, ensuring we are deeply involved in their success every step of the way.
DRIVING INNOVATION
CasinoTrac’s
SVP of Commercial Strategy, Jeff
Baldi, recounts lessons learned at
G2E 2023,
and why the company’s customers are its strongest asset.
How was G2E last year and what did CasinoTrac learn ahead of this year’s event?
G2E was a tremendous show last year. We took some tough medicine realizing significant segments of our industry had no idea who we are and what we do. Over the last year and ramping up to G2E 2024, we have increased spending and programmatic efforts to grow awareness around the CasinoTrac brand.
Our tech stack stands alone as the most advanced, secure, unified and stable CMS in the market. We need to continue sharing what our 300-plus customers already know and delivering to our word.
What can you tell us about CasinoTrac’s plans for G2E this year?
This year’s G2E will be paramount for CasinoTrac in showing the evolution of our core system along with some tremendous value-adds that have come to fruition with the help of our strongest asset – our customers.
Our ecosystem has been carefully crafted by our development team to exceed the needs of daily users while working to minimize or eliminate pain points at every step. Now is the time for expanding brand awareness by showing people that we have a solution that will increase revenue and operational efficiency, no matter the size of the property.
Are there any products in particular you are excited to feature at the event this year?
We’re extremely bullish on several solutions this year and could not be more excited to have some more eyes on them. First and foremost would have to be SlotSUITE, a purpose-built solution with a bevy of use cases that elevate both the operator and guest experience. SlotSUITE incorporates our flagship PlayerLINQ 6.2” slot hardware with TransAct
Technologies’ Epicentral system for a one-wire printing solution at the game with no added infrastructure.
This can be used to deliver programmatic campaigns, print requisite tax forms and handle jackpot processing without an attendant via SelfPay, or even intercede in problem gambling scenarios. We’re seeing an increase in the rate of carded play of 58% which is driving both rated and overall coin-in and win per unit since its implementation at one of our larger customers.
We’re also excited to show off more functionality from our KTMobile app after receiving Nevada Gaming Control Board approval earlier this year, as well as an expanded look at our upcoming system overhaul to modernize the look and feel along with plenty of new features.
How does the event help further your company and the gaming industry as a whole?
We always appreciate G2E as it’s a firsthand
look at just how vast the industry has grown internationally. The ebb and flow of various trends are fascinating as they play out.
A solution that might cause apprehension in acceptance, or could be perceived as too niche, ends up being either a necessity one year or an absolute show-stopper the next year based on legislation or circumstance.
Additionally, with how expansive G2E is, there’s no better place to lay the foundation for mutually beneficial partnerships with other vendors in the industry.
What sort of lessons or knowledge is there to be taken away from an event such as G2E?
Without getting into the incredibly valuable break-out sessions, discussions panels and networking during the event, one of my biggest takeaways is the understanding that needs will always be the driving force behind innovation.
JEFF BALDI SVP of Commercial Strategy CasinoTrac
It’s a reminder that we all need to take the time to listen, reflect and have empathy in our day-to-day operations. Hearing recurring pain points or desires from people across multiple departments within an organization or from multiple organizations is pinnacle in road-mapping how your team brings about the solution.
What makes G2E an event that you look forward to every year?
CasinoTrac is focused on our relationships with our customers and business partners, and it’s nearly impossible to get in front of and spend quality time with more than 300 CasinoTrac operators and business partners.
G2E represents a great opportunity to connect and spend time with all these important people. That’s what we look forward to every year, face-to-face quality time.
EXPANSION EFFORTS
Gaming Arts CEO Mike Dreitzer explains what the supplier will be presenting at G2E 2024 and the market growth it has recently experienced.
What is Gaming Arts planning for G2E 2024 and what does the company typically hope to offer at an event like this?
G2E is always the premier event of the year where we can showcase our new products and this year is no different. Excitingly, Gaming Arts will move to a new location inside the Merkur booth [Merkur has a strategic partnership in place with Gaming Arts]. We have a number of new themes we will be showcasing, as well as new cabinets for the North American market for the first time in several years.
MIKE DREITZER CEO Gaming Arts
“WE HAVE A NUMBER OF NEW THEMES WE WILL BE SHOWCASING AS WELL AS NEW CABINETS FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN MARKET FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SEVERAL YEARS.”
Are there any new places Gaming Arts is looking to expand its offering into?
Gaming Arts continues to add to its customer base within the US with new Tribal and state licenses regularly added. We are also becoming more active in the Historical Horse Racing and COAM markets. The first units have gone live in Mexico and Germany, and will continue to expand into both LatAm and Europe.
How does showcasing at events such as G2E help the production/ creation process for Gaming Arts?
G2E is where we debut several game
themes each year. It’s important to get customer feedback to ensure the games will have all the features and configurations customers are looking for.
What is the main focus when creating games for the company currently?
Gaming Arts’ focus is to create innovative and popular games primarily for North American casinos. In some cases, the design strategy is to find a unique niche, such as our Casino Wizard product line, as well as continuing to support our cabinets in the field and encourage new placements with a pipeline of quality games.
Are there any goals or plans Gaming Arts is excited about through the rest of 2024?
We are looking to continue to build on the momentum we’ve begun to establish on casino floors across North America.
What is the most valuable part of G2E in your mind – whether for your own company or the consumer?
G2E is a great opportunity to see so many of our customers and highlight our new products, and this year will be no different. We look forward to seeing our customers, friends and industry colleagues.
FACE TO FACE
Bragg Gaming explains the opportunities G2E provides each year, as the company’s SVP of Commercial for US and Canada, Garrick Morris, also illustrates what to expect for 2024.
What will Bragg Gaming be featuring at its G2E 2024 booth, and are there any specific panels or events Bragg is looking forward to at this year’s event?
For this year’s G2E, we’re going to be showcasing our full-service suite of turnkey technology solutions, as well as content from both our in-house proprietary studios and exclusive content from our multiple studio content partners under the Powered By Bragg program.
In terms of panels or events, really we look forward to the whole of the conference itself, as it is a great opportunity to meet our customers, while also furthering our strategic goal of greater expansion into the US market through the relationships we develop and maintain.
Does an event such as G2E help provide opportunities for Bragg to lay the groundwork with any future plans for further expansion?
Conferences like G2E are a hugely important part of our long-term business strategy in that they provide us with access to meet all our existing and potential new customers in one place.
Conference season also provides us with a way to showcase our products in an environment where we know our customers will be present. It can be hugely beneficial in allowing us, through the various seminars which take place, to gain crucial knowledge on industry trends, what the market thinks of our products and potential development opportunities which may occur in the future.
Is there a certain sector of the gaming industry Bragg looks
GARRICK MORRIS SVP of Commercial Bragg Gaming
forward to learning more about at G2E?
G2E’s loaded conference track is a real smorgasbord of content, some of which will apply to us, some of which will apply to the wider industry. As a supplier of iGaming content and turnkey technology solutions, we’ll be interested in anything which we can use to enhance our relationships with our customers, such as new trends, technologies and ways of thinking.
Can we expect any big news from Bragg leading up the G2E event, or any current goals that are hoped to be reached by the end of 2024?
The US is a hugely important market for Bragg, both strategically and from a revenue perspective, so you can expect some important press releases and partnerships to be announced in the coming months. As to progress on our current goals, we remain laser focused on achieving those goals and
as such will make announcements when and if appropriate to do so.
How does G2E help executives like yourself build relationships with other companies or executives who attend the event as well?
For me, meeting in person will always be the most important method of communication, as it allows you to come face to face with your customer, assess their needs and expectations and respond to them accordingly.
We pride ourselves in ensuring we have regular face-to-face meetings with our customers and G2E is a conference that facilitates this as we know all our customers will be in one place, simplifying the process, providing an environment where we can meet other companies in our sphere of influence and create lasting relationships.
In addition, Bragg maintains offices in Las Vegas, meaning that G2E is right on our doorstep, so it’s a win-win for us.
“G2E’S LOADED CONFERENCE TRACK IS A REAL SMORGASBORD OF CONTENT, SOME OF WHICH WILL APPLY TO US, SOME OF WHICH WILL APPLY TO THE WIDER INDUSTRY.”
GROWING OPPORTUNITY
OPTX Co-Founder and Co-CEO Brooke Fiumara previews G2E while sharing a rising interest in iGaming and sports.
What sectors of the gaming industry does OPTX believe is growing the most rapidly and how does the company try to latch onto that rise?
At OPTX, we’re closely monitoring the rapid growth of the iGaming and sports sectors within the gaming industry. These areas present tremendous opportunities for innovation and expansion.
Our platform, OPTX, is uniquely positioned to capitalize on these sectors due to its inherent adaptability. While the nuances of data utilization vary among operators in iGaming and sports, OPTX was originally designed with versatility in mind. This means our core features, initially developed for landbased operations, seamlessly accommodate the dynamic variables, and data intricacies specific to online gaming and sports betting. By leveraging our platform, operators can efficiently operationalize their data, gaining actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance overall performance in the core verticals we serve today.
Are there any specific products OPTX is looking to feature at G2E 2024?
At G2E 2024, OPTX is thrilled to unveil our new table games module. We are excited to announce OPTX Tables and Tables AI. With these innovative modules, operators can anticipate a fully integrated table game solution featuring seamless crossover capabilities into slots, player development and marketing.
This integration aligns day-to-day operations with the overall table games and casino strategy, improving hold, increasing drop, optimizing labor, improving the patron experiences or all of the above. Our new modules will provide table operators with tools to optimize labor hours, refine pricing and spreads, optimize table spreads and
game mix and access a comprehensive library of core performance reporting and analysis.
Visitors to our booth will get an in-depth look at these features, and learn how OPTX Tables and Tables AI can improve their table game operations.
Does the feedback OPTX receives at events such as G2E help the company with strategic planning and product development?
Feedback from events like G2E is invaluable to OPTX for strategic planning and product development. These events allow us to connect with current and prospective clients in person, a connection that is irreplaceable in today’s predominantly virtual environment. We use this opportunity to gather direct feedback on our platform and insights into market trends.
This feedback plays a crucial role in shaping our roadmap, guiding the development of new features and products that address the evolving needs of our clients and the gaming industry.
Why are in-person events such as G2E important for the gaming industry and the operators/ suppliers that work within it?
In-person events are crucial for the suppliers and operators. They offer opportunities for networking, providing our team an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships in a way that virtual interactions cannot replicate.
They also serve as a platform for showcasing OPTX’s latest innovations, sharing insights and discussing emerging trends. One of my personal favorite aspects of G2E is it provides a sense of community and collaboration, these events are where we drive the industry forward through our shared experiences and collective learning.
Will OPTX be looking to incorporate any possible AI and automation features in its booth with the developments the company has seen in that area?
Yes, OPTX will be showcasing several AI and automation features at our booth, highlighting the significant advancements we’ve made in this area. Our platform already incorporates proven AI models throughout, which will be on display during G2E.
One example is our OPTX Future Player Value, which predicts player spending over the next 90 days with over 30% greater accuracy than their historical 90-day theoretical values.
BROOKE FIUMARA Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Another exciting feature is Slot Prophet, which offers pan-industrial slot recommendations to operators. This tool suggests slot themes that don’t currently exist on your property but are predicted by our AI model to perform well. These innovations demonstrate our commitment to leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and drive better decisionmaking for our clients.

INSIGHT, OPPORTUNITY
Gaming America speaks to Spribe CCO Giorgi Tsutskiridze about G2E, crash games and expansion plans for North America.
What are you hoping to get out of this year’s exhibition?
At this year’s G2E, we’re going to be showcasing all of our latest innovations and looking to further solidify our position as a leader in the iGaming industry. We are looking forward to doing some networking with industry professionals, exploring new partnership opportunities and gaining insights into emerging market trends. Our goal is to demonstrate the unique value of our products, such as Aviator and our Turbo Games, and how they can enhance the offerings of operators worldwide.
What trends are you seeing in the overall market regarding crash games at the moment?
Currently, the market for crash games is experiencing significant growth thanks to their simplicity and interactive elements. Players are increasingly seeking games that offer quick rounds, a sense of control and social interaction. Crash games meet these demands by combining strategic gameplay with real-time multiplayer features. Additionally, we are seeing a trend towards mobile-first designs and the integration of blockchain technology, which is helping to provide players with more transparency and new forms of engagement, such as NFTs.
What are the main goals Spribe is hoping to achieve in the Ontarian market during H2 of 2024?
In the second half of 2024, we are aiming to establish a strong foothold in the Ontarian market by ensuring compliance with local regulations and – crucially – partnering with leading operators. Our primary goals include
increasing the visibility of our flagship product, Aviator, and expanding our player base. We also plan to introduce localized content and promotions to cater to the preferences of Ontarian players, thereby enhancing their gaming experience and driving sustained engagement.
Do you have any plans for expansion in North America on the Horizon?
Yes, we have some ambitious plans for expansion in North America. Beyond our efforts in Ontario, we are actively seeking licensing and partnership opportunities in other regulated markets across the continent. Our strategy includes introducing our innovative game portfolio to a broader audience, enhancing our technological infrastructure to support large-scale operations and establishing strong

relationships with local operators. This expansion is a key component of our growth strategy for the coming years.
How does Spribe reflect on last year’s G2E? What are you looking to do differently this time?
Reflecting on last year’s G2E, we were pleased with the positive reception of our products and the valuable connections we made. This year, we want to build on that success by showcasing more interactive demos, and highlighting new features and improvements in our games. We are also focusing on more personalized engagement with attendees, to offer deeper insights into our development process and the unique benefits of our offerings. Our overall goal is to create a more immersive and informative experience for all visitors to our booth.
How important is it to your company to attend in-person events such as G2E?
Attending in-person events like G2E is extremely important for us. These events provide invaluable opportunities for networking, gaining industry insights, and directly engaging with potential partners and clients. They also allow us to showcase our products in a dynamic environment, receive real-time feedback and stay updated on the latest industry trends. Personal interactions foster stronger business relationships and help us better understand the needs and preferences of our stakeholders, which is crucial for our continuous growth and innovation.
END TO END
VP and GM of iGaming and Sports Betting at PayNearMe, Leighton Webb , details what's in store for G2E 2024.
How does a company such as PayNearMe prepare for an event like G2E, compared to a gaming supplier or operator?
At an event like G2E, our goal is to get face time with as many of our clients as possible, to have productive conversations about what’s been working for them, what challenges they’re still facing and how we can innovate our product to meet their needs and wishlist.
Being in payments, it’s hard to compete with the bright lights of the slots on the show floor, so we like to set up a great meeting space instead. We invite our clients and prospects to take a break from the expo hall to sit down and talk through the current payments landscape, and learn some of the insights we’ve gained over the past year of working with top operators.
This year, we have some really beneficial features added to our platform for operators, so we’ll be showcasing those in our meeting space.
What were the takeaways PayNearMe had from G2E 2023 from a payment solutions perspective? Is there a specific sector in which you see companies looking for your services?
We heard a lot about risk and fraud in 2023 and those concerns have continued into 2024. We know that a lot of the larger operators have risk and fraud tools already, but the regional or emerging operators might not have the resources or bandwidth to have those tools in place.
Our goal is to give those particular operators access to built-in fraud tools as part of their single integration with our payments platform. This makes it easy for them to gain access to the fraud prevention they need, without having to integrate another tool or build one on their own. We were incredibly excited to
debut our enhanced fraud tools in partnership with Accertify at last year’s show and the response was overwhelmingly positive.
Is the need for payment solutions continuing to grow in the gaming industry, or have companies found solutions for the future?
Every gaming interaction is sandwiched by a payments touchpoint (first a deposit, and eventually a withdrawal) so there will always be an incredible focus on optimizing the end-to-end payments experience.
The need for payment solutions won’t fade away. Even if operators have found a provider or multiple providers, there’s always the possibility that they want a consolidated solution, or a different solution that combines payments with the type of value-added services that PayNearMe provides.
The payment providers that innovate and
LEIGHTON WEBB VP and GM of IGaming and Sports betting PayNearMe
help future-proof their clients’ payments roadmap are the ones that will continue to be a top choice in the industry.
What do you look forward to most when it comes to an event such as G2E?
It’s a combination of both of those things. Gaming is a global industry, so when we get the chance to have all of those highlevel executives in a single location, it’s a huge opportunity to network and discuss future opportunities.
Sitting in on the education sessions or contributing to panels ourselves helps us keep a pulse on the industry and better understand the current challenges operators face. In addition, getting to spend time with industry consultants and advisors gives us a better idea of what operators are looking for in their technology providers.
Are there any new developments PayNearMe is currently working on that we should look out for ahead of G2E?
We recently announced our partnership with Trustly to provide our clients with their Open Banking technology, giving them access to all the benefits of guaranteed ACH payments through one integration with the PayNearMe platform. We’ve also integrated with multiple card processors to ensure enhanced redundancy and maximum uptime for our operators.
Even more than product features and innovations, we’re currently putting quality at the forefront of our platform. Making sure our clients have best-in-class payments technology that comes with best-in-class support services is important to us as an organization. We want to be the dedicated payments partner that operators choose to stay with through every stage of their lifecycle.
CRAFTING A BESPOKE SOLUTION
Gaming America speaks with Kambi’s Senior Director of Sales David Bretnitz about sports betting in North America,
including the rise of same-game parlays.
What are the benefits of an in-person event like G2E?
Major in-person events like G2E are always highlights of the industry calendar. There is good reason for this, as these events offer unmatched opportunities to engage with our partners, prospects and colleagues from across the industry. Conferences like G2E and ICE provide a great platform for operators, suppliers and regulators alike to meet, collaborate and share best practices.
How significant is G2E’s location given the continued growth of sports betting across North America?
The relationships forged at events across the Americas, such as G2E, have been very important to the progress of US sports betting in recent years, as well as Kambi’s position at the forefront of that progress. G2E’s home in Las Vegas, one of the obvious hubs of the betting and gaming industry worldwide, affords great opportunities to continue building these relationships, share knowledge and empower sustainable growth.
What are some interesting market trends you have noted recently in the North American market?
The unstoppable rise of same-game parlays (SGP) is no secret, but it remains a key foundational element for any sportsbook targeting meaningful market share in North America. Simply bolting on an SGP product that is not properly integrated with the core platform, and that has not been developed
while benefiting from the full sportsbook view and the data therein, is unlikely to lead to long-term success.
SGP’s development journey is also far from over and Kambi is continuing to develop the product to ensure our partners’ combinability capabilities remain at the top of the market. These efforts have included the introduction of cash out and in-game to SGP, both complex additions which require a quality and confluence of processes across trading, data and risk only the best sportsbooks are capable of catering to. On the 2023 Super Bowl, when Kambi introduced live SGP, around 3% of total live bets were placed using the product. On the 2024 event, that proportion surged to over 12%, underlining customer appetite for the feature.
DAVID BRETNITZ Senior Director of Sales Kambi
What is Kambi hoping to achieve at G2E?
Attendees visiting booth 2230 will find a large team drawn from across the Kambi Group, with extensive representation from our commercial, technical and product teams available to talk delegates through the technology and expertise, which have seen Kambi become the sportsbook partner of choice for ambitious operators throughout the Americas.
With partners including Bally’s, BetParx, Potawatomi Casino Hotel, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment and Rush Street Interactive, Kambi’s core sportsbook platform has a greater footprint across the Americas than that of any rival supplier, trusted by commercial and Tribal operators alike to provide the high-performance technology and regulatory certainty required to grow faster than the market.
Alongside discussing with attendees, the benefits of our core turnkey sportsbook to their online and onproperty operations, G2E represents a valuable opportunity to showcase our comprehensive portfolio of best-in-class betting services, including odds feed, same game parlay and market-leading, fully-native front-end UX capabilities. Kambi is the pioneer of next-generation betting entertainment that players demand and operators can’t compete without. Whatever the shape of an operator’s sports betting strategy, Kambi can craft a bespoke solution to match.
SPEED & SECURITY
President of
Global Gaming
at Paysafe, Zak Cutler, talks to Gaming America about the latest in payment innovation & future plans ahead of G2E 2024.
What are you most looking forward to exhibiting at G2E 2024?
Paysafe has had an exciting year of innovating in the payments world, which we’re looking forward to presenting and discussing with our customers at G2E 2024. Something we’re excited to exhibit is our new Pay by Bank, which allows users to pay directly from their online bank accounts, as well as cash-out winnings seamlessly.
How is Paysafe looking to address the issue of frictionless payments and customer security concerns? Is this something we can expect to see at G2E?
Players expect to pay – along with being paid – quickly and securely, which Paysafe aims to help operators do effectively. By offering diverse payment options and leading security measures, including digital wallets and real-time payment processing, we work to ensure that customers are not only happy with the speed of their payments, but also with the idea that their personal information is safe as well.
What are the latest updates in the US payments industry with regard to iGaming and sportsbooks?
The role of payments is growing substantially in the US iGaming market, as users expect to have their preferred payment option readily available and may look to a competitor if they can’t
find it. By offering a variety of payment options through a payment provider such as ourselves, operators can ensure that players find the payment method they’re looking for, which should lead to increased customer satisfaction and retention.
Will you be bringing your new Pay by Bank product to G2E? How do you reflect on the launch after the first few months?
It’s been an exciting launch thus far, though there’s always room for additional growth. With Pay by Bank, users have the ability to sync their online bank account in seconds, meaning deposits and withdrawals with their favorite iGaming brands
ZAK CUTLER President of Global Gaming Paysafe
are handled in real-time, reducing the potential for fraud and improving the user’s checkout process. This is a product that US players are hungry for, with 27% of users preferring this method according to our research.
These seamless payments have made life much easier for players and we’re confident it’ll remain on that trajectory as we bring this product to even more users.
As the US market continues to evolve at state level, how do you expect the payments industry to change?
Naturally, a lot of the evolution will arise if new markets regulate or established ones change their regulations. While 2024 hasn’t seen too much movement other than North Carolina going live, there is plenty of excitement going into 2025. States like Alabama, Georgia, Minnesota and more are looking at bills to potentially open up to online gaming in different forms. If new states come online, it’ll be imperative for operators to offer users their preferred payment methods in each state to ensure users feel comfortable depositing and withdrawing their funds.
Should you attend G2E 2025 next year, how would you like to reflect on the year? If we look back in 2025, I’m sure we’ll find that we helped operators offer their users all their favorite ways to play and turn transactions into experiences.
LOYALTY AND CREATIVITY
Paul Gordon , SVP of Sales for Rymax, breaks down player loyalty and speaks on what to expect from the company at G2E 2024.
What were the main takeaways for Rymax after G2E 2023 and what is the main goal this year?
G2E is an opportunity for casino operators and suppliers to set objectives, review current business trends and learn about trends. Rymax has clients in all industries outside of the casino industry, so we bring a unique perspective as a casino insider as well as from other industries.
Since we are a leader in the rewards industry, the conversations we have at G2E help our casino clients with the planning and budgeting of their player loyalty programs. Our primary takeaway from 2023 was that this industry continues to be robust, and the desire of the casinos to excite the players and differentiate their properties is a primary objective.
What products is Rymax presenting at G2E this year?
We have over 450 brands and over 20,000 SKU’s so we know we can offer product rewards that fit every player level and demographic. The key to having a successful player loyalty program is in knowing the players. We have redemption data by brand, category and dollar amount that helps target the player and drive frequency and play. Our web-based solutions give us the ability to quickly update products and bring certain products to the front based on seasonality. We average 12-15 new brands each year and that keeps our programs fresh and current.
How is a sector such as player loyalty programs/rewards represented at G2E?
Not to sound like a sales pitch, but there are very few competitors to Rymax. There are plenty of suppliers, but they do not have
PAUL GORDON SVP of Sales Rymax
the infrastructure and brand relationships we have. And since player loyalty can also include logo low end products that we don’t deliver, there are a variety of suppliers for that too.
Our unique proposition is that we physically warehouse the products, pack and ship them and have our own in-house customer service to handle any issues.
The total satisfaction for the player goes beyond the item they receive, so ensuring products are delivered on time and handling any issues is paramount to the relationship between the casino and the player.
At G2E, we feature certain brands, as well as our ability to provide a unique experience within player loyalty and offer a consultative approach to the casino industry. The goal for every casino is to initiate trials, increase frequency of play and build loyalty. We deliver that and discuss it in detail at G2E.
How does getting the chance to meet people in-person help improve Rymax business strategy?
All businesses have greater success when relationships are established. Casinos are in the hospitality business which is a people business.
Our success in the casino business for over two decades is steeped in our business acumen and ability to perform but it also is due to the relationships with our clients. Creating player loyalty programs together with our clients is the recipe for success. That doesn’t happen strictly from emails, texts and online video conferences.
What is Rymax currently focusing on and what sector is receiving the most attention?
Online sports betting is the greatest new opportunity, and it drives the brick-andmortar business too. So we are focusing on both to initiate trial and drive repeat play. Online betting is good to introduce a younger demographic to casinos and has a strong male-female ratio, which is important for an eclectic rewards program. Our product portfolio is very broad, which is what you want for a diverse audience.
Do you see any gaps in the gaming industry Rymax currently fulfills?
I don’t think that an industry as successful as the casino industry has any real gaps. I do think there are opportunities to be more creative within player loyalty programs. I think there are opportunities to communicate better and more frequently. And I think the information that players have in their hands via cell phones has upped the expectations and perceived value of the rewards. Players spend a great deal of time in the casinos – and they are part of a community. The community is made up of other players and casino employees. Players want to feel appreciated, and the player loyalty program is the core of that.

COMBINING STRENGTH
With the
acquisition of
Aruze’s table game assets, Interblock CEO John Connelly discusses new launches in table games & iGaming.
How is Interblock planning for G2E 2024 and what did you take away from last year’s G2E?
Last year’s G2E was the best we’ve experienced as a company. Between the efforts of the past several years with innovation and M&A, we continue to make the shows an exciting place to launch new products and introduce the industry to new concepts.
2023 was exciting because we introduced the most recent acquisition of Interblock and we came out with some very innovative technology, which ended up winning the Table Game Product of the Year award for the Smart Pit at the Asia-Pacific Global Gaming Awards.
Obviously, that raised the bar for 2024 and put the pressure on everyone to continue that innovative mindset and productivity. As I sit here today, I’m fairly optimistic that this G2E will be the best in the company’s history. The reasons for that are continued innovation and concepts that we believe are going to revolutionize the gaming industry when it comes to table games.
How do you plan to showcase your Aruze products at G2E?
We will have additional products from Aruze within the booth such as the Shoot to Win, which is probably one of the more well-known offerings in the North American market. We’ve had the opportunity over the past year since the acquisition to integrate best-in-class technology between Aruze and Interblock with its live dice recognition technology in the Roll to Win product, which will also be displayed this year at G2E.
It will be a combination of two companies’ technologies being integrated, which I think is exciting, as well as obviously some new innovation from Interblock.
How has that new Aruze division transitioned into Interblock since the acquisition?
We were very cautious and careful to make sure that, as we integrated Aruze into Interblock, we did it in a manner that kept the innovation and all the things that made Aruze what it is. We didn’t want Aruze to become Interblock and we didn’t want Interblock to become Aruze.
We felt that those two product lines are incredibly complementary and attracted two very distinct player bases. Aruze is very, very good at what they do and the types of products they create. We’ve gone out of our way to really leave the Japanese team somewhat independent, with very controlled connectivity between their R&D and engineering departments and ours.
I’m happy to say that a year later those efforts are paying off because the Aruze product line that’s coming out
continues to look and really play like how the players are accustomed to, and the same can be said for Interblock.
As a CEO, how do you believe events such as G2E help progress the gaming industry?
Well, I think we’ve seen a consolidation within the gaming sector that is slowly evolving over the past decade and a half, two decades, whether it be on the operation side of the casino, business sector, gaming sector or the supply side. Now, with online starting to proliferate into North America, I think we’re going to continue to see even more consolidation. That consolidation, if done correctly, brings a stronger offering and more health to our industry, allowing us to continue to compete as technology evolves and competitive forms of hospitality grow within various regions around the world. What we see today is suppliers from around the world combining technologies and combining regional strengths.
JOHN CONNELLY CEO Interblock
Will Interblock be looking to gain any knowledge about the iGaming space, especially with the efforts you’re beginning to make towards that sector?
As a matter of fact, we’ve recently embarked on new agreements, one of which is a remote gaming server we intend to go live with in Malta, as well as servicing B2C customers and regulated markets around Malta, as many companies do. We have also signed an agreement for live streaming our content with a well-known live-streaming company that signed several contracts in the US. So, we are heading into 2025 with a two-pronged approach as we will be entering into both the RNG and live streaming offerings.
THE VISITOR JOURNEY
We spoke with Evolution Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter to learn about the brand's latest launches and what makes a good convention stand.
You recently put out a new game, Balloon Race, which features a live bonus round. How do you integrate these elements and what was the development process like?
Balloon Race is our fourth live slot and our most complex to date! The game offers players a captivating blend of unique slots and an exciting live bonus game. Similarly, the development process is fun but loaded with challenges of its own. Our team looked to optimize certain elements, but as is the case with all the game development, certain trade-offs need to be made.
The fusion of the slot with the live bonus round is a complex process that required us to think about the player journey and how they interact with both the slot and bonus round. To keep them entertained throughout, we introduced the top-up round, which keeps players entertained while waiting for the bonus round to start. Once all these elements are put together, it is magic – a modern slot machine with a live bonus round.
Crazy Time is now out in the US, recently in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. How has the game been getting on there?
This fun and unique game show has performed spectacularly in the US, as it has across the rest of the world. With four exciting bonus games and crazy multipliers –it’s easy to see why! Crazy Time’s popularity has no borders and is a global sensation. Unlike other games, which are typically popular in certain regions, such as baccarat in Asia and poker games in North America, Crazy Time has a universal appeal.
Crazy Time’s gameplay is built on the money-wheel concept, offering live entertainment with added advanced RNG
gameplay. This game introduces slots players to the world of live casino and we expect to see it continue to grow over time.
When it comes to G2E, what do you want attendees to think when they see your stand?
This is our third time exhibiting at G2E Las Vegas and we are excited to show another exciting new design for our stand. We want attendees to think ‘wow’ as soon as they walk up to our stand but also have a sense of curiosity, wonder and excitement about our new products and the games we will be showcasing.
Our team focuses incredibly hard on creating a thoughtful visitor journey that reflects the attention we put into creating great games. This stand is the product of many months of hard work and, like our games, needs to showcase Evolution as a leading online casino provider in North America.
When it comes to designing your stand and deciding which games to bring, what is that process like?
Designing the stand is an iterative process and rarely is our initial vision the final product. When choosing what games to showcase, it is a mix of old and new. Firstly, we need to focus on those who are seeing our games for the first time and aren’t familiar with live casino at all. This requires an element of education in our content and making it explicitly clear what we do.
Next, we must showcase our greatest hits, such as Crazy Time, along with our classic casino games, like blackjack and roulette, and all their features.
Of course, our customers want to see the exciting new releases and what tomorrow will look like. These are usually showcased as our headliners at the show and take up a big proportion of screen content. We also need to be mindful of what is going to be available in the US versus the rest of the world.
What do you hope to achieve during G2E and how do you intend to meet those goals?
TODD HAUSHALTER CPO Evolution
Our overarching aim is to delight our customers. We do this in several ways throughout the show. In addition to showcasing our products, we predominantly meet with our existing customers and discuss many new exciting products, implementing tools and features that help them to unlock more out of their live casino, and plans for the future year ahead. All in all, our team will host hundreds of meetings over the course of the show, with the aim of delighting our customers in the same way they delight their players.
AND IT'S LIVE
Kevin Kilminster, Chief Product Innovation Officer
at
Playtech
Live, speaks to Gaming America about live casino and its rise in US prominence.
What lessons did Playtech learn from G2E last year?
G2E has become a wider event than just a US audience, becoming a new central yearly event for operators across the globe to learn about developments in both the USA and across the rest of the world. The spotlight is increasingly on live casinos, which are swiftly becoming, if not already, the primary focus for gaming in the US. Operators alike are eager to enrich their offerings with new content, particularly bespoke content that resonates with their player base, supporting their strategic objectives; which I think we are leading the way on.
Can you tell us what products Playtech will be exhibiting at G2E this year?
At this year’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E), Playtech is excited to showcase a diverse array of products that highlight our commitment to innovation and excellence. Visitors can look forward to experiencing our latest offerings, which include our cutting-edge solutions developed in both Europe and the US. Among the highlights is the introduction of our ‘Live From Las Vegas Experience,’ a fresh addition to our content line-up from our studios across the USA. We will also be demonstrating our dual play and studio solutions, showcasing the solution delivered directly from Las Vegas... with an additional update to showcase as part of Phase 2.
Attendees will get a first look at our headline games for 2024, such as ‘Cash Collect Roulette’ and ‘Sticky Bandits Roulette.’ Our booth will also feature fan favorites like ‘Adventures Beyond Wonderland’ and ‘Mega Fire Blaze Roulette.’
In addition, we’re proud to present our
leading promotions, including our Live Trivia, which operates from multiple locations across the USA, ROW and directly from Las Vegas. This year’s G2E is set to be an exciting event for Playtech, as we continue to push the boundaries of gaming entertainment.
What
does Playtech do to stand out in such a congested live casino market such like the US?
First and foremost is our approach to serviceorientated partnership; we focus on the needs of our partners with a high attention to detail of the service they should expect. As the only supplier globally to consistently offer bespoke features, tools, services and games, Playtech empowers its partners with distinctive USP products, setting them apart from competitors.
The company has introduced promotional capabilities previously unseen in the US, enhancing real-time engagement, player

value and acquisition. Additionally, exclusive offerings like Live Trivia and Mystery Bonus provide partners with innovative tools to connect with customers in a contemporary, millennial-focused manner.
Playtech has signed several deals in the US since G2E 2023, but which has been the most significant?
It’s hard to pinpoint one deal, as there have been many significant deals and announcements for us since G2E in 2023. Our exclusive partnership with Fremantle for the iconic Family Feud franchise, opening our third state-of-the-art live casino facility in Pennsylvania and most recently partnering with MGM Resorts as their selected technology partner of choice are a few to name. While each deal has its own significance, the highlight for us has been our ability to demonstrate Playtech’s commitment to delivering content, growing its footprint and influence in the US gambling industry.
What is Playtech hoping to achieve at G2E 2024?
At G2E 2024, Playtech is prioritizing personal engagement with our key partners and providing strategic support for them in the 12 months ahead. Additionally, we are excited to showcase our latest offerings, particularly the launch of ‘Live from Las Vegas.’ There will be more to follow in the lead up to G2E, so make sure you stay tuned for Playtech announcements.
Playtech is committed to fostering growth and innovation within the gaming industry by leveraging G2E’s platform, which is renowned for bringing together the global gaming community to explore new products and form impactful connections.
FINDING SOLUTIONS IN PAYMENTS
Marker Trax and Koin
CEO Gary Ellis speaks on turning knowledge into action, with new offerings set to be displayed from the company at G2E 2024.
How was G2E for Marker Trax in 2023 and are you carrying over any knowledge gained into this year?
Every year we’ve been a part of G2E has been an all-around great experience. Last year was no exception, and I’m sure this year will be even better. In 2023, everyone was excited about the potential of our technology, but we learned that we have the best opportunity to make a real impact in a hands-on environment.
So for 2024, our presence is a more experiential one. Attendees will not only be able to learn about technology, but they’ll be able to see it in action, too. It will give operators a more complete picture of how the technology functions and allow them to see it from a player’s perspective, as well.
What products and features will Marker Trax and Koin be displaying at G2E 2024?
Our exhibition space will feature zones to enable a more interactive, immersive patron experience, including program onboarding, wallet funding options and attaching credit lines. This will then be combined with a wide range of resort usage including gaming verticals beyond slots and retail purchases.
With Marker Trax, we will primarily focus on Moolah Play, our consumer product that debuted earlier this year. It’s been an amazing success so far, optimizing everything that was already revolutionary about our original technology and packaging it in a branded product; and we’ve already developed and deployed important updates we’re excited to showcase.
And Koin will be demonstrating its latest
evolutions in digital solutions, designed for omnichannel and cross-jurisdictional gaming. Combining resort-wide retail and game funding with seamless open network payment versatility, Koin is making payment an integrated part of the patrons’ entertainment experience.
What opportunities does G2E provide for companies in the gaming industry and what does Marker Trax enjoy most about the event?
For all of us in this industry, in both the digital payments sector and traditional gaming, G2E is a hallmark event. It’s an annual opportunity to engage directly with decision-makers, to meet potential new customers and to stay connected with current customers. It’s a chance
GARY ELLIS CEO Marker Trax & Koin
to enhance our brand and further solidify our position as leaders in digital payments.
Are there any particular sectors of the gaming industry Marker Trax is looking to gain insight about at G2E this year?
The continued success of both Marker Trax and Koin is fundamentally rooted in staying at the forefront of the latest trends of both the gaming and payment industries. We’re here both to show our customers that we’ve listened to what they’ve told us they want in payments solutions, and to find out, together, what the next innovation target will be.
What has Marker Trax been working on in the lead-up to G2E? Is there any specific product or strategy you have been developing?
Marker Trax recently debuted our optimized version of Moolah Play at Ellis Island in Las Vegas, and we’re aggressively moving forward with its rollout, to both existing and new customers.
At the same time, we’re progressing into other sectors of the business to continue charting our course through the digital payments landscape. Koin has recently seen increased adoption due to its unparalleled ability to address player friction issues common in other cashless solutions. By rigorously focusing on the patron experience, Koin is leading the gaming industry’s transformation to seamless digital payments, enhancing both gameplay and the overall entertainment experience.
AIMING TO BE THE LEADER
Gaming America speaks to Zitro USA CEO Derik Mooberry about the company’s growing presence in global markets.
What are you looking forward to most at G2E 2024?
I am most excited about the opportunity to showcase our latest innovations at G2E. This year, we will unveil new hardware and software, reflecting our commitment to cutting-edge technology and superior quality. G2E provides a unique platform to connect with customers from around the globe, allowing us to demonstrate our product lineup firsthand, gather valuable feedback, and build and strengthen relationships within the industry.

These large form factor cabinets are designed to captivate slot players with their stunning visuals and immersive experiences. We will have 58 cabinets on display, featuring both our new Concept cabinet line and our existing Allure Glare cabinets. These will present 15 different families of games and numerous unique themes. Highlighted games include Wonder Dream, Triple Charm Journey and Legendary Sword, each with unique play mechanics that are sure to become player favorites on casino floors. We are confident our diverse and innovative offerings will attract significant attention and excitement at G2E.
Zitro opened a new office in Las Vegas last October. How important has this been for the business?
Opening our new office in Las Vegas last
October has been crucial for our business.
As our US headquarters, this office positions us strategically in the world’s gaming capital, enabling us to better serve our clients and partners. Our goal is to become a major supplier in the US. A presence in Las Vegas allows us to stay at the forefront of industry developments, foster closer relationships with key stakeholders and respond more effectively to market demands.
How much of a focus is there on the LatAm market at G2E, considering Zitro’s growing presence in the region?
G2E is the most relevant gaming show in the US and the leading international gaming exhibition. It attracts attendees from the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America and
DERIK MOOBERRY CEO Zitro USA
Asia. Given that Zitro is the leader in the Latin American market, we expect many customers from this region. Our booth will showcase all the successful products in Latin America and those poised for future success. Specifically, our focus for Latin America will be on products compatible with our WAP product line and Mega Lounge, as well as those expected to gain popularity in the future regulated Brazilian market.
Beyond G2E, what are some of Zitro’s aims?
Our goal remains steadfast: to be recognized as a global leader of top-tier products in the gaming industry. In the present scenario, Zitro is a prominent leader in Spain and every country in Latin America. We are actively pursuing growth opportunities in Europe, Asia, the USA and Canada, with the goal of establishing Zitro as a key supplier of gaming machines for operators.
Additionally, we are optimistic about the potential for land-based gaming in Brazil and are preparing to seize opportunities there. We also aim to position Zitro Digital as the preferred supplier for online casinos worldwide by strategically embracing the digital distribution of our games in jurisdictions where online gaming is regulated.
We are committed to supporting this growth by providing our organization with the necessary resources and tools. We believe long-term success is not solely measured by financial metrics but is built on fostering strong, enduring relationships with our employees, suppliers and customers.
BELIEVING IN US POTENTIAL
David Buhagiar, NetRefer’s Senior Manager of Marketing & Acquisitions, speaks to Gaming America about the company’s first US client and its hopes for G2E.
What is NetRefer looking to bring to G2E and showcase?
As an 18-year-strong affiliate marketing platform provider, we’re bringing our passion and experience to the growing and exciting US market. We’ve established ourselves in Europe as a leading platform provider to many top iGaming companies, from start-ups to enterprises, allowing them to track, reward, report and communicate with affiliates confidently. Now, we’re bringing our product, services and knowledge to the US, providing online gambling operators with a reputable, established and experienced alternative to the limited options currently available.
Numerous clients in our extensive portfolio have operations in Canada and have expressed their desire to expand operations in the US. We believe this market holds incredible potential and, by applying our tried and tested model, we are sure that exponential growth awaits many American online gambling operators and affiliates.
In terms of new technology, NetRefer will showcase our first-to-market AI solution for data analysis and platform assistance at G2E. This transformative tool harnesses the power of AI to provide operators with instant insights into their data. No other platform offers this and, after the technology received great acclaim in Europe with our existing clients, we’re sure the tech-savvy market in the US will also appreciate its gamechanging capabilities.
Is your approach going to differ here from other tradeshows you attend?
Many American operators and affiliates seek information on decisive factors that maximize market potential and avoid potential pitfalls in the US market. We therefore take on more of a consultation role, helping potential clients
DAVID BUHAGIAR Senior Manager of Marketing & Acquisitions
NetRefer
understand the complexities of affiliate marketing management in online gambling and how to build attractive programs and profiles. We invite US online gambling operators to share their vision and discover how our platform can provide the necessary tools.
With the US being a relatively young market in the regulation of online gambling, the great advantage is being able to offer our experience and specialized product offerings to ensure US operators are well-equipped and informed to realize their affiliate marketing vision. While each market is unique, our platform’s functionalities allow clients to track every trend and performance metric and then set up their affiliate marketing platform to the satisfaction of their players and affiliates.
Being a Malta-based company, what kind of inroads are you looking to make in the US?
We’ve recently signed our first client operating in the US and, a couple of months ago, we included Stake Colombia in our
growing LatAm client portfolio. We’re also licensed in 18 states, so our intention is to continue marching forward after making significant steps into the US and LatAm markets. We’re looking to find clients who believe in the potential of the US market as much as we do. We wish to keep expanding our reach in the States by providing clients with a service and product that exceeds their expectations, and accompanies them on the road to success in affiliate marketing.
What is the best and most useful aspect of attending G2E?
