Bay Sands

The Marina Bay Sands has become a world-famous landmark and one of Asia’s premier gaming destinations with four levels of gaming floor-space and over 2,300 slot machines and 600+ table games to choose from. For Q4 2022, Marina Bay Sands set a new all-time revenue record in both mass gaming and retail. Net revenue at the property reached US$682m, of which casino revenue was US$402m. Last year MBS embarked on a US$1bn reinvestment to “significantly elevate luxury and lifestyle offerings”.

HANN

Casino Resort

In December 2021, the Widus Hotel & Casino in Clark, the Philippines, opened its doors as Hann Casino Resort, following an expansion and rebranding. The IR, part of a multi-million expansion project by the Hann Group, brought to life the idea of a “millionaire’s playground”. It boasts a Las Vegas-style casino (triple the size of the previous gaming area at the Widus Hotel & Casino) that attracts players with its raffle draws, VIP gaming, hundreds of slot machines, and a large number of classic and electronic table games. In March 2022 the first Swissôtel-branded hotel in the Philippines opened at the Hann Casino Resort.

HOIANA

RESORT & GOLF

Hoiana combines a fantastic beachside location and centuries-old tradition with sophisticated elegance and vibrant entertainment. The property contains one of the most extensive entertainment facilities of its kind in Vietnam.The casino has 140 table games, more than 350 slot machines and live table stadium games. In addition to the luxurious casino, guests at Hoiana can enjoy a “top 100 golf course”.

Resorts World Sentosa

Genting Singapore’s property reported soaring revenues for H2 2022. The property is currently working on its 2.0 expansion project, which includes the construction of the Singapore Oceanarium, and Minion Land at Universal Studios Singapore to name a few. The revamped Festive Hotel at RWS is expected to make its debut this May, adding 389 rooms to the resort’s overall hotel inventory.

Okada Manila

Okada Manila has turned into a landmark in the Philippines. The property boasts one of the largest and most luxurious gaming floors in the country. Aside from the thrills of gaming, guests can also splurge on luxury brands in the shopping esplanade or indulge in a fancy meal in some of Manila’s finest restaurants. The property’s owner - Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc, reported that Okada Manila’s gross gaming revenue for Q4 last year was PHP10.5bn (US$193m), representing a 54.9% year-on-year increase. For the full year in 2022, Okada Manila’s GGR rose by 81.5% to PHP34.3bn (US$629m).

NAGAWORLD

NagaWorld is one of the finest integrated casino-hotels in Southeast Asia. It is home to Cambodia’s largest and most luxurious casino, where guests can play classic table games and slot machines, as well as Texas Hold’em Poker, and Keno. The property also boasts a sportsbook, powered by Kambi’s leading technology. In 2022, NagaWorld continued to benefit from the reasonably sized domestic captive market in Cambodia and posted stable property visitation numbers during the year.

Solaire has been the main driver of Bloomberry Resorts’ return to profitability in the past 12 months with GGR reaching PHP50.1bn (US$913m) in 2022, an 81% increase from 2021. Located in Manila’s Entertainment City, Solaire offers a unique experience of comfort, elegance and luxury. It has luxurious accommodation across two towers, extensive dining options, and state-of the art theatre. The massive casino floor is filled with slots, table games, and other betting machines. The casino floor also boasts a custom-made ETG Stadium with one of the largest curved LEDs in the world which showcases 144 single stations connected to 21 different live games on the floor.

City Of Dreams Manila

Located at the gateway of Entertainment City’s Manila Bay area, City of Dreams Manila is a premier leisure and entertainment destination not just in the Philippines but in Southeast Asia. It boasts 6 hotel towers (of 3 world-renowned brands: Nobu, Nuwa and Hyatt Regency), spacious retail boulevard, top restaurants, iconic architectural art such as the Fortune Egg, and the world’s first DreamPlay. The IR of course also features a luxurious casino for VIP and mass-market gaming. Gaming volumes at City of Dreams Manila have reached close to pre-pandemic levels, with rolling chip volume showing significant growth in Q4 2022.
