eet area home building experts at the Brown County Home Builders Association’s 2016 Fall Showcase of Homes, September 17-18 and 22-25. Saturday and Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22 and Friday, Sept. 23 will be Family Night – children 16 and under will be given free admission. Remodeled homes will only be open Saturday and Sunday, September 24-25.

Tickets are $15 (children 2 and under are free if they are carried throughout the entire home). Presale tickets for $12 are available through September 16. Tickets can be found during regular business hours at the BCHBA Office, Bank Mutual, Capital Credit Union, Ethan Allen, H.J. Martin & Son, Homestead Décor, Johnson Bank, Macco’s Floor Covering, North Shore Bank, Van Vreede’s TV & Appliance, Wenz Home Furniture and at any home during the event. Welcome to the Fall Showcase of Homes

T

he 2016 Fall Showcase of Homes is here and we have some beautiful homes on display to help you find the right professional to complete your remodeling, decorating or new home construction project. The Fall Showcase will now feature remodeling projects. There are three transformations to view on the second weekend of Showcase. Please Note: The dates to tour the remodel projects are limited to the second weekend, Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25. Please respect the privacy of our homeowners by limiting your touring of the remodel projects to these two dates. The remodel projects are identified by unique colors and shapes to distinguish them from the new homes. We had a great response from our projects that were featured in the 2016 Spring Showcase and are happy to include additional remodels for this event. Whether it is a new home that you’re building or a remodel project in your future, the showcase event is a must for finding the right person to work with and to see the latest in trends and plan designs. “Think BCHBA First,” has become our motto at the Brown County Home Builders Association. We

want to make ensure the industry keeps its positive reputation by offering our members the benefits and educational opportunities that keep them ahead of the game in regards to their competition. To learn more about the advantages of working with a member, check out page 4. The Hammer Builder Symbol is also continuing for the Fall Showcase of Homes. This symbol indicates the number of BCHBA members a builder used on their Showcase home. A higher hammer symbol indicates a higher number of members being used. See below to learn more. The BCHBA is also proud to announce that our office space remodel is almost complete. The remodel is all a part of our 60th anniversary celebration in 2016.
