Senior Resource Guide To provide the residents of Manitowoc County with the most up-to-date information about services available in our area to senior citizens, we are proud to present the 2011 edition of the Manitowoc County Senior Resource Guide. The directory is a partnership between the Manitowoc County Aging and Disability Resource Center and the Herald Times Reporter/ Lakeshore Chronicle. The Manitowoc County Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) provides information and assistance on long-term care options to aging and disabled residents in the county.
