The day is so full of tasks to be completed. You are running from work/business to home doing your best to take care of everyone except yourself. The busyness of life has resulted in you feeling stressed and overwhelmed. The effects of long-term stress can be detrimental. Consequences include high blood pressure, weight gain, and higher cholesterol levels.
