Industry petition launched to stop 4-1-1 MOT and “save lives”

MOT extension described as “dangerous, expensive, damaging and unnecessary”

New plans to extend period before vehicle has its first MOT Government will respond to the petition if it reaches 10,000 signatures

If it reaches 100,000 signatures it will be considered for debate in Parliament

The petition warns that plans to extend the period before a vehicle has to have its first MOT from three years to four is “dangerous, expensive, damaging and unnecessary”

Benjamin Aaron Sinclair admitted seven counts of fraud by false representation at Guildford Magistrates Court on January 4.
