DIFFERENT PARTY

Direct from their sell-out Edinburgh Fringe season and London’s International Mime Festival; Trygve Wakenshaw (Kraken) and Barnie Duncan (Calypso Nights) whittle away the minutes in the barren office of Ruck’s Leather Interiors, patiently waiting for the phone call that may or may not give them something to actually do. In between the drudgery of the 9-5, the minutiae of office existence transform into incredible slapstick as these two clown and comedy performers come together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Dialogue is minimal, but jokes are plentiful in this extraordinary celebration of the banal.

‘A howlingly funny, exquisitely performed hour of office set slapstick from two of New Zealand’s most exciting comic talents.’ The Telegraph (UK) ‘Finely-honed silliness.’ The Scotsman (UK) WINNER

Massaoke’s brand-new night, Club La La, features a brilliant live band smashing out the greatest anthems from the 80s, 90s, 00s and beyond, lyrics on a giant screen and a room full of party-goers singing and dancing their hearts out! Expect giant balloons, glitter cannons, lip-sync battles, rock-star poses, sequins, spandex and famous Fringe stars every night!

‘A damn fun night out!’ ★★★★ The Advertiser ‘The hits are endless and the crowd’s enthusiasm infectious.’ ★★★★ Glam Adelaide

GA R DE N OF U N E A RT H LY DE L I G HTS .CO M. AU

The hit stage comedy behind Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s BAFTA award-winning BBC / Amazon Originals series. Emotionally unfiltered, over-sexed, in denial; that’s just the tip of the iceberg. With family and friendships under strain and a guinea pig themed café struggling to keep afloat, Fleabag finds herself with nothing to lose. Stumbling through a maze of social anxiety, disastrous job interviews and meaningless sex, Fleabag serves up an uproariously funny and true account of some sort of a female living her sort of life. Directed by Vicky Jones, starring Maddie Rice.

‘Sucker punch funny.’ ★★★★★ The Scotsman (UK)

‘Finely polished and filthy.’ ★★★★★ The Guardian (UK)

Randy quit comedy, found God and moved to the suburbs. Now he’s furious. In his new show, Randy’s Anti-Crisis, Randy comprehensively disembowels the concept of faith, and then puts it back together whilst telling just enough jokes to conceal his spiritual awakening.
