MEDICARE OPEN ENROLLMENT REMINDERS

• Call Resident Services (6000) if you would like to schedule an appointment to review
your Medicare D Prescription Drug plan
with a member of Social Services.
• Be vigilant for scams! We are hearing from many residents receiving phone calls offering “new, free” Medicare plans.
Once the caller has piqued your interest, they request verification of your social security and/or Medicare number. Unless you initiated the call, do NOT provide personal information over the phone.
