According to Lancaster News correspondent, Patrick Burns, “Measuring poverty may be harder to do in a rural community than it can be in the inner-city, but its effects can be felt everywhere — even in Eastern Lancaster County. Many children in the Elanco School District live below the poverty level.” Together, we can help the school children as we collect:
