Looking into saturation and separating different items from different objects select the image which you would like to use, then select a new layer, then use the rectangular marque box and select the specific thing you wish to not change, then go to>image>adjustments>hue and saturation The image which i have used is completely in colour, I will now change some areas, for example the woman’s face to black and white and also a building which is centred in the middle of the image.
Below shows the image complete.

open inDesign File>NewDocument
A4 Blank Publication

If you forget something which is important, go to File > Document Setup, and you will have the option to change your page sizes, and the quantity of page you would need.
now create an A3 sheet which has 5 columns, click onto page’s (Left hand side of page) then double click onto ‘master sheet’ which is the main page
Now we will import an image into column 2, first we click onto page 2
