U Can Paint

Fit to Live! (F2L)

Designed for the adult body, F2L strengthens all the major muscles, helps improve and maintain balance, increases flexibility, strengthens the heart and increases stamina. Through the use of free weights, targeted yoga stretches and small bursts of low-impact but high-intensity interval training, feel better after each workout.

Many of the mind and body benefits of yoga can be experienced with the support of a chair. Class includes breathing, gentle stretching and modified poses that improve respiration, circulation, flexibility and muscle tone. Develop better posture and balance.

Take care of your body! Learn the fluid movements of this Korean martial art with a sixth-degree black belt. Feel safer, gain confidence and become more agile using moves designed for the specific needs and abilities of seniors.

Led by a certified yoga instructor, shape up your body and mind through prescribed postures and poses, meditation and controlled breathing. Improve flexibility and strength, relieve stress and tone muscle while improving the body and mind connection in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
