Fit to Live! (F2L)
Designed for the adult body, F2L strengthens all the major muscles, helps improve and maintain balance, increases flexibility, strengthens the heart and increases stamina. Through the use of free weights, targeted yoga stretches and small bursts of low-impact but high-intensity interval training, feel better after each workout.

Many of the mind and body benefits of yoga can be experienced with the support of a chair.
