September SeptemberEdition Edition
Happy 2014! We are already in full swing in Houston. Of course when you have 60 degree days and cool nights, everything is possible. Obviously many of our residents have made healthy resolutions since the paths and sidewalks are filled with joggers, cyclists line our streets and our parks resonate with the sound of energetic children and newly motivated parents. New development is happening everywhere! The “construction crane” seems to have taken over as our state (or at least, Houston) bird. Our newest section of Grand Parkway opened over the holidays and now connects southwest Houston to US 290 in northwest Houston. We haven’t experienced a slow down in the real estate market and all indicators are that it will be another very busy year. We are ready! We have added additional staff specialist to support you and refined all of our agent teams. We are ready for your arrival and can’t wait for you to visit Houston. Enjoy our publication and as always, call us when you need us. Pattie and Matt Patricia A. Huey, Director Relocation / Business Development Pattie.Huey@garygreene.com
