A presentation produced for Lady Milena Grenfell Baines, one of 669 people rescued from Czechoslovakia by Nicholas Winton in 1939. Travelling the world, Lady Milena works to educate new generations about the Holocaust. After meeting her to make a short film about her story, she asked me if I would produce an animated multimedia presentation to support her talks. Using animated maps, rare photographs and embedded videos, the presentation alludes to the photograph albums that Mr Winton secretly kept and which eventually led to his activities being discovered fifty years later. The presentation remains in use by Lady Milena in Europe and her sister Eva in the United States. Clarity of text and imagery was a major factor as audiences are often very old or very young.
