We are so fortunate to be entrusted to bring so many wonderful homes to market and the results have been outstanding. Week after week, our auction clearance rate has surpassed the Melbourne average. Gary Peer

Stocks have been very low during the colder months which has seen a shortage of properties to meet high demand. We are now listing more properties from home owners wanting to take advantage of the strong market. This is also helped by investors who are happy to jump back into the market with interest rates at historical lows. And word is they may go even lower – the RBA meets next Tuesday so we’ll know more then.
