Last weekend we achieved an auction clearance rate of 100%. All seven properies scheduled for auction were sold, some prior to auction. Ga r y P e e r

The auction of the week has to be in Carnegie. 1/23 Shepparson Avenue is a one-bedroom unit needing renovations. The auction was well attended the price quickly exceeded the reserve of $300,000. But then it kep going, eventually sellign under the hammer of $451,000. That’s a whopping 50% over reserve. There was feirce competition at the auction and it’s clear to say that competition bring about strong P H I L L I P K I N GSTO N

results. That’s why at Gary Peer, we love auctions. Our creative design team has been busy woring on our REIV Award submissions.
