Welcome With the end of the financial year fast approaching, we are looking forward to closing of June with a bang! Winter has been an amazing month in the local property market and here at Gary Peer, we are selling quicker than we can obtain new properties to sell. With the market so hot, it’s definitely a time to call us if you’re thinking of selling. All our offices are doing brilliantly. St Kilda has sold all of it’s May property – even a couple passed in at auction. Carnegie is making quite an impression on the locals gaining momentum and more market share each month. So much so, that there are a few new faces at Carnegie. The office is growing and there are some exciting projects in the pipeline for that exciting area. Here at Caulfield North, we continue to delivery in service and result. We are selling properties in all price ranges, but the prestige market is particularly strong.
