Client Overview The client is a leading data capture technology company offering a suite of cloud-based surveys and intelligent checklist platforms on channels ranging from web and mobile to papers. The company has a rich history of nearly 50 years in the survey industry. In earlier days, the client worked on specially designed proprietary mechanical devices and paper surveys. The customer has a product suite specifically designed for the healthcare, retail, government, education, energy, finance and hospitality industries. Not only capturing survey feedback, but the company is also a leader in identifying target audiences, survey design, execution, and feedback analysis and providing final consultation to gain actionable insights. We have been engaged in this work for 10+ years and are actively involved in product development, growth and livelihood.
