WELCOME Uniform is worn by staff to create a sense of unity and to identify you as being a part of the Gateway Lifestyle team. The following document has been put together to outline general information and guidelines. How to order

Your manager will be responsible for ordering uniforms and ensuring you have the correct items. Visit gateway-lifestyle.myshopify.com and login with your user account.

Fitting Locations

If you are unsure about sizing you are welcome to visit an NNT Partner Location with fitting facilities. A full location directory will be located at the back of this document.

Prices

All prices are in $ AUD including GST. Items outside of your allocation must be purchased at your own expense. If you wish to nominate salary sacrifice for items, please complete authority form and advise payroll. This must be attached to your order.

Delivery

Please allow 7 days once order has been lodged for most items. Some items may take upto 14 days. Please take into consideration when ordering. A handling fee of $11.00 will be charged for all orders under $165.00. All orders over $165.00 are free.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges must be organised and approved through Workwear Group. An authorisation number must be arranged with Workwear group customer service.

A form is required and available at the back of this catalogue. Unless faulty, returned garments will only be accepted if they are: • In original condition, and have not been worn or washed • Returned with original packaging, with product tags still attached • Received within 28 days of receiving your order

UNIFORM ALLOCATION Uniform is worn by staff to create a sense of unity and to identify you as being a part of the Gateway Lifestyle team. Depending on your role there are items provided within your allocation of the department range. Employees who want to purchase uniforms in excess of the uniform allocation can do so at their own expense. Allocations are effective from 7th November 2016.
