It’s really great to get the opportunity to go for an internship . It improves your level of understandin g when mingling with people. It is a very great experience. I hope I can join the exchange once more in the future. Now I have friends all over the world.

Comments During the internship, the host LC should provide the facilities mentioned in the JD
AIESEC support during the experience Opportunity to create positive societal impact Personal Development
In my internship, only 4 nationalities were there. I had no interns living with me in the accommodatio n. The home and the host LC are not professional at all. And also while i was sick no body cared and asking how i am or what the doctor said is the least they can do.
TOP REASON s OF Detractors
Current State 1. More than 95% of members and team leaders of AIESEC India did not know how to use NPS system. ( assessment as per feedback & user login tracks from customer Gauge) 2. There was no clarity on NPS Implementation inspite of the fact that it was a pilot taken up by India in 2012. 3. The quality of iGCDP delivery used to drastically decrease during peak cycle and no analysis could be done to understand problem. 4. It was challenging to take pro-active qualitative measures due to lack of understanding.
Goal • Our goal was simple – To provide more and better experiences. • The measurables goals are given in the section below.
