The intention is to recover a former factory along with the land adjacent to convert them into a new space to use both public and private. The entire project and its development are based on the division of the land and the factory with a unique “raster” of channels that penetrate from the river is in the ground, both in the factory. The green space is to use the public only while the ex-factory also for private use. The rental Apartments are built on one level for business uses as a “workshop” is connected with the top ones where the owner lives. Como, Italy

In this project you want to accomplish a houseboat to be included in the context of the Amsterdam canals. The set limits of the boat size you wanted to create a comfortable environment and at the same radical. Using the cube module can create a large number of combinations giving the possibility to customize the dwelling. Using the same form you can exploit it inside in different ways: kitchen, sleeping area, outdoor patio and library. The coupling between a module and another one allows easy movement dell’houseboat.
