RECREATION AND RHIZOFILTRATION DOCKS Habitat Restoration, Aquatic Phytoremediation, Diving Alternative, Education, Aesthetics,
Replace the Eroded Lawn with Fescue, Sedges, and granite/wooden Benches with a Crushed Stone Path Leading to Beach. The heavy Granite Slabs and intermingled plantings in the benches reduce erosion and provide a relaxing place to enjoy the lake
Terraced Stream Garden The gardens follow the topography and gravity of the hill to provide water remediation before reentering the Lake. Dams allow the Stream to be blocked from going right into the lake and receive extra filtration.
Community Center Contains a Youth Education classroom, Pedestrian Cafe, Bike Shop, Boat Rentals, Rooftop patio, and Green Roof.
Driftwood Bridge The mouth of the stream would be a place where people can jump across boulders and build driftwood bridges.
