INTRODUCTION

Welcome to GB eye’s frame catalogue. GB eye have been producing frames in-house for over three years now, the success has been fantastic and has resulted in GB eye opening a standalone frame manufacturing facility to cope with demand and ensures in-time order fulfilment continues.

What we do GB eye offer a wide range of standard sizes to complement our posters and prints as well as industry standard options. We pride ourselves on offering robust, value for money frames by using quality materials and highly efficient manufacturing processes. Key elements of our standard range include:

• All our frames are manufactured in the UK at GB eye Ltd • Quality MDF moulding with a full paper wrap • A choice of black, silver, white, oak and beech • 30mm and 40mm moulding • Shatter-proof styrene with peelable protective skin • Secure metal fixings for easy hanging • 4 protective corners and shrink-wrap • Fast and reliable delivery • Ready to hand product available Our packaging has been developed to ensure our products arrive at your door in pristine condition; the heavy duty corners and specifically designed boxes protect all areas of the frame while our high quality shrink wrap ensures in-store damages are avoided. Our flexible approach means we are happy to work with our customers on contract framing or specific requests they may have. We are able to produce bespoke sizes and incorporate a wide range of materials depending on specific requirements. Our product development and production teams are able to manage a variety of budgets and volumes to provide workable solutions no matter how big or small.

How We Do It All of GB eye’s frames are produced in a standalone manufacturing facility located less than a mile from our Head Office in Sheffield. The 13,000 sq ft facility houses state of the art machinery; a full production line featuring an automated saw, under-pinners, tab robot and in-line shrink-wrapping equipment. Investment in such a facility allows us to manufacture in an efficient and time effective manner, providing a seamless and reliable service for our customers. Tight quality control of raw materials and finished products is essential for the delivery of quality, value for money products, on time, every time. The facility also houses a storage area for our contract customers, allowing us to pre-plan and produce goods for short notice call off, meaning customers can react to their market demands quickly without over-stocking or over-committing.

Bespoke framing GB eye can offer a fully bespoke framing service; from prints to sports memorabilia, we have the in-house expertise and facilities to print, mount and frame almost anything. Our product development and design teams are on hand to consider every detail from creating an initial concept and sourcing the right frame and mount to ensuring you have the right hanging fixture. We can work with a variety of budgets and quantities from individual pieces to limited editions or high volume runs. Keeping manufacturing in-house allows us to maintain tight quality control, react to customersâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; needs quickly and effectively to ensure we meet the high level of service our customers have come to expect, whilst remaining extremely competitive on price.

FRAMED PHOTO MOUNTS The perfect way to display special photographs, 30x12” photo mounts are available in cream and produced using 1.3mm conservation standard board with a white core to ensure the longevity of the product and your photos. Available in black or oak frames and suitable for photos sized 4x6” or 5x7”. Other designs are available and bespoke options can also be supplied on request. FRAMED PHOTO MOUNTS GB eye now offer an in-house mount cutting service, our standard range of framed mounts are manufactured using conservation quality board in a pale cream to suit all images and are available in our excellent quality black or oak frames. We can offer standard lay outs or letter mounts in two fonts but if you would like something a little more unique we are able to produce bespoke designs.
