Ms. Cynthia (Darlene) Barlow was born October 6, 1961 in Williamsburg,Virginia to the late James and Edith Barlow. She was a devoted and loving mother of 4 children, a loyal friend and sister to many. Her pride and joy was her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking out and hanging with friends. Darlene was a diva and the life of the party. Everyone knew she genuinely loved them and would give the shirt off her back to make sure everyone else was ok. Although she shared a great bond with all of her siblings, she adored the very special bond with her baby sister Phyliss. Cynthia was preceded in death by her father James Barlow, grandmother Buela Lawrence, grandfather Eugene Lawrence, and sister Eureka Barlow. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother Edith Lawrence-Barlow; three sisters;Janice Barlow, Gwen Barlow, Phyllis Williams(Thaddeus Williams); one brother, William Barlow, four children; Tyvan Barlow, Aerica Barlow(Atamian Vaughn),Darayan Barlow(Kenitra Keyes), Quanita Tyler(Derell Tyler) and eleven grandchildren; Tyvan Barlow, Jr., Tyvianna Thompson, Eric Barlow, Cy’Ashya Barlow, Darayan Barlow Jr., Dai’Veon Barlow, Ahviae Barlow, Khiyan Barlow, Araya Barlow, Kahrel Tyler, and Kobe Tyler.
