Incorporating physical activity into one's routine helps maintain healthy body weight, controls blood pressure, improves cholesterol levels, and enhances overall cardiovascular health.
Engaging in weight-bearing exercises such as strength training and resistance workouts helps maintain bone density and muscle strength. This can help prevent osteoporosis and reduce the risk of falls and fractures.
Men who engage in regular physical activity often report improved mood, better mental clarity, and enhanced overall well-being.

VBS 2023 Registration is now open!
This year ' s theme is "Food Truck Party: On a Roll with God"! We're thrilled to begin the registration process for this unique and fun-filled Vacation Bible School program. Here are the details to get started:

Calling all young adults, Join the young adult ministry for a Night of The Arts. The night will include Live Music, Spoken Word, Dance, Paint and so much more.

Youth Medical Careers and Sports Camp
Young people entering grades 6-10 have the opportunity to participate in the Medical Careers and Sports Camp. Your Young person will enjoy afternoon sports activities such as basketball, volley ball, soccer and many more, while being introduced to various medical careers and professions during the early hours of the day.
Your child will have the advantage and heads up on future careers, get to rub shoulders with medical professionals and much, much more Snacks and lunch will be provided daily.
