The fun doesn’t end there, get creative with our fall themed arts and crafts workshops, stay active with our sports leagues and tness classes and enjoy all that Gaithersburg has to offer.

We are committed to providing diverse and inclusive programs that enhance the quality of life for all Gaithersburg residents. Thank you for your continued support and participation. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events and programs. Wishing you a season lled with opportunities to Move, Play and Grow!

One hour classes held twice a week are designed to increase bone density. Participants use ankle and hand weights, and participate in warm-up, cool-down and balance exercises. The class relies upon weight training and balance exercises to protect against fractures caused by osteoporosis by increasing muscular strength, balance and bone density.
