Membership:

If a person wants to go on a trip or attend a program and is not a member, they may join the Center for a 30-day period (City residents: $10, nonresidents: $25). During the period they have all the privileges of a member, and if they decide to join for a year during the first 30 days, the cost of their 30-day trial will be applied toward an annual membership. Please note that cumulative one-month membership fees will not apply.

The Active Aging Expo is on Thursday, May 4 at Bohrer Park. Please invite your friends and neighbors to one of the best events of the year! We will have food trucks on site for lunch, or bring your own. We have spent hours planning out the demos and activities for your enjoyment. A huge thank you to Asbury Methodist Village for their sponsorship and participation. Make sure to check out the many informative vendors who have helped make this event possible.

As of April 5, we now have 500 members!! Please join us for our 500 party on May 23. We will celebrate each other, the community, and friendships we are building at the BGC.

Kentucky Derby Party

Dress up, show off your decorative hat, and take a picture or more at the photo booth. Watch the Derby live streamed, have a conversation with a new friend, and make sure to select the winning horse. Enjoy mock mint juleps, appetizers, and a light meal. Prizes to win. Held at Holiday Park Senior Center. We will provide transportation to members from BGC to Holiday Park and back. We will leave the center at 5 p.m.
