Tiffany is a certified Rebirthing Breathworker and Life Coach, who is passionate about empowering adults and children to achieve the trifecta, that is, their very best physical, mental & spiritual states of well-being It is her goal to build upon clients' self-worth and self-value so they can achieve desired goals and live a life filled with joy and ease Tiffany's professional world blends into her personal world, as she is a wife and mother of 3 boys who practices what she preaches Tiffany is a member of her children's school's PTA and the director of her church's Wednesday night children's K-2 program, SPARKS Tiffany loves life and desire to make a positive impact on her community

Tiffany began her public speaking experience in education. Prior to launching Breathworx614, she taught elementary education for close to 15 years. During this time, in addition to teaching students, she created and led various professional developments to share with her colleagues. This acted as a springboard for when she left the classroom and began working for McGrawHill Education, MHE. During her experience with MHE, Tiffany solely led professional developments, traveling throughout many school districts within the United States. Now as the owner of Breathworx614, she offers her own Breathwork Professional Developments to educators, as well as those in the corporate realm. Tiffany also has hosted events for Proctor & Gamble, as well as Nationwide Children's Hospital.
