Beginning with this issue, we’re introducing “Council Corner”, a place to find items from the Grove City Council that may be of interest to those doing business in Grove City We intend to share select highlights that can promote civic awareness as it is may be of interest to the business community City Council covers a lot of ground, so while we’ll focus on business items, we invite and encourage learning more about all other City Council actions and happenings

New in 2024 for Grove City residents to keep in mind is that the City Council is growing from five to seven members A 2024 ward map is now available on the Council’s website

City Council meets on the first and third Monday evenings of each month Due to meeting minutes needing approval before online posting, there may appear to be a ‘lag’ between minutes and our Chamber Business Connection publications

Public attendance is welcome at City Council meetings (meetings are twice a month) Those wishing to speak will need to sign the speakers list prior to the start of the meeting The Council website has full details, including the meeting agenda to see if there is an item of interest
