BE A “GATEWAY TO THE AMERICAS” B3 (BILINGUAL, BICULTURAL, BILITERATE) INSTITUTE The institute is engaging the higher education community and PK-12 institutions in the region in a mission to nurture the unique regional asset that is bilingualism and biculturalism at UTRGV. The institute will build translation and interpretation capacities to include language development, and work with faculty to develop and offer Spanish or bilingual courses.
