TOEFL/TOEIC TESTING UCI and the Division of Continuing Education are official test centers for the PBT and iBT TOEFL and TOEIC. The Institutional PBT TOEFL is offered free to all students enrolled in any of our programs. TOEFL and IELTS strategies are practiced in all of our English language classes. TOEFL and IELTS preparation workshops are available each quarter for a nominal fee.

AIRPORT PICK-UP To request an airport pick-up, please submit the Airport Pickup Request Form provided upon your acceptance at least two weeks before the start of your program.
COST: $90 from L.A. International Airport (LAX) $50 from Orange County-John Wayne Airport (SNA) Cancellations and changes must be received three business days prior to pick-up to qualify for a refund.

DEADLINE There is no formal deadline, but we recommend you apply at least 10-12 weeks before the program starts to ensure enough processing time for your F-1 visa. We accept applications until the program is full.
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT (For ACP students only) To confirm enrollment, students admitted to an ACP are expected to pay a deposit of $3,000, which will be deducted from tuition. The deposit is due at least 30 days before the program start date.* *This policy does not apply to students admitted to ACP TEFL.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY Postponement requests must be made in writing to ip@ce.uci.edu according to the following: » Within 16 calendar days of the program start date for the 10-Week program » Within 14 calendar days of the program start date for Certificate programs » Within 7 calendar days of the program start date for the 4-Week programs No additional charge for the first postponement. Additional postponements after the first require a new $200 application fee.
