01 HARMONY Extended Famiy House / Architectural Design 2 - Final / Individual Project / Second Year Studio / 2017 Mentor : Hendrico Firzandy L., S.T., M.Ars. and Irma Desiyana, S.Ars., M.Arch. Family, in the context of human society, can be defined as a group of people who are related to each other. This project is to design a house for extended family which includes nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and siblings-in-law. Understanding the critical issues of human living space in the context of urban communities through the design of dwelling is needed to this project. By making observations and analyze the social group’s issues, integrated space in creative way can be developed.
HARMONY Each member of family has a very strong bond. Despite frequent rows because of personal or family matters, especially when living together, they keep trying to stick together, try to understand each other. This makes the family stronger and stable. Inspired by ‘‘yin and yang’’ concept, an ancient Chinese philosophy, means balance of life. This symbolizes the balance between good and bad elements. With this balance, everything become harmonious.

02 KONGKOW Transit Oriented Development (TOD) - Connecting Station / Architectural Design 3 - Midterm / Team Project / Second Year Studio / 2018 Mentor : Irma Desiyana, S.Ars., M.Arch and Yosephine Sitanggang, S.Ars., M.Ars. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is one approach to developing cities that adopts mixed spatial planning and maximization of mass transportation uses such as Busway / BRT, City Railways (MRT), Light Railways (LRT), and pedestrian / bicycle networks. This project is based on urban scale and the use of wide-range development technology. It is neccesary to solve problem of human living space in urban contexts through form ideas by describing designs based on public functions, governance and space programs, design and concept issues in this project.
KONGKOW STATION Tambora is a sub-district in West Jakarta which is famous for its densely populated population, making it the most populous region in Southeast Asia. Duri Station is in the center of the city of West Jakarta which is home to many people, especially residents in Tambora sub-district. Concept and building mass are inspired by two people sitting and talking as called ‘‘kongkow’’.

03 TITIK TEMU Mixed - Use Building / Architectural Design 4 / Team Project / Third Year Studio / 2018 Mentor : Mandau Apri Kristianto, S.T., M.Sc.M and Suwito Kartono Citra, S.T., MAUD, IAI. Planner start to make new solutions for the rapid growth in urban center. As it is today, no planner has simply to design only one function to an architecture. It is because the needs that keep growing in each year and more to come in just limited area. This project is about combining more than two functions into one structure which includes mall and hotel. The site of this project has some issues in attracting people to come in (to the existing building) but still has potential to become meeting point to its three regions.
One of the mall in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) region which has a fairly low level visitors as it is located on the main road of Tangerang, South Tangerang, and Bogor. The existing mall is called BSD Junction. This location becomes a slowdown area. Congestion arises at the time when people off to work and even going home from work, where all vehicle users come from those three regions (Tangerang, South Tangerang, and Bogor). Along the main road of Serpong, as said in Rencana Tata Bangunan dan Lingkungan (RTBL), a monorail train will be built and Jembatan Penyeberangan Orang (JPO) will connect ITC BSD Mall and BSD Junction Mall. Though BSD Junction has big issue at traffic which slowing down the main road, this site will be an icon of BSD region as a meeting point from all regions in Tangerang who passing this road. The design must consider the movement of the sun and air.
Table shows that the temperature of this site is quite dry. The building must be design to give as many openings as possible to create good ventilation
