“ Ya Gotta know where to Go….The FUN Starts Here….” time to get some “THROTTLE THERAPY “
I am writing this weeks column a little later than normal on Tuesday, because I left work midmorning.
it on...rap the throttle a few times, and then you listen to it idle. The best part of therapy is about to happen. Slide it into gear and ease it out onto the 2 lane for that therapeutic drive the Doctor ordered.
Yes I played a little “hooky” and left things sitting on the desk for when I got back. Sometimes you just have to do that….if you can.
No radio...windows down...exhaust tone is the music you want to hear right now. You head out and pint that hot rod in the direction you want to go and you let it run a little bit. When you do you feel the exhilaration of driving your cool car, but if you pay attention, that stress and frustration you were feeling a little bit a go...melts away from you. Oh yea, 1 other thing happens...that BIG SMILE that wont come off your face!
For me...it was time to get some “THROTTLE THERAPY”! For those of you who follow us on FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and TWITTER, you saw the picture I have here in this weeks column. This my fellow gearheads is what is known as “THROTTLE THERAPY” “THROTTLE THERAPY” is when you slide behind the wheel of your favorite ride (hot rod, muscle car, classic, truck, motorcycle, you get what I mean), turn
