When you think hot rods...cool cars...trick trucks and just about any kind of a cool ride that a gearhead or hot rodder may have, you probably think of places like California, the Midwest, and the mid Atlantic regions right? You would be correct in this thinking.

Sometimes taking a ride into area’s of this great country that aren’t household names or locations, will provide a BIG surprise for us hot rodders and car lovers. One of those places is located in southeast Maine...YES MAINE… that state way up in the right hand corner on a map of the USA.

Welcome to Bentleys Saloon located in Arundel Maine. Where their motto and way of doing business is “Who has more fun than us...WE DO!” Don’t laugh...they really do!

Some would say that Bentleys is a biker

bar. Yes they do a lot of two wheel events al year long, but they do the Tuesday night cruise-in/ car shows and other car show events throughout the year. When they don’t have two or four wheel fun, they have live music most every night and great food too. Bentleys is a just a FUN place! It’s that easy.

We stopped in recently to check out the hot rod fun on Tuesday night and Bentleys delivered BIG TIME. We would estimate at least 200 cool rides all over the property, which is quite expansive. Every thing from hot rods, rat rods, customs, classics and a whole lot more filled up the blacktop. The cruise officially starts at 5pm but many come early to get a great parking spot.

If your headed to the Northeast Region of the USA, take the short drive to Bentleys on Tuesday night for some cruise-in fun...you’ll be glad you did!
