JUNE 24-25: SOMERSET KY: SOMERNITES CRUISE JUNE 2022: The June edition of Somernites Cruise is loaded with everything from our new "Back to the 50's" Showcase to a special Custom "Van-in" display!!!! Remember all makes and models of show cars are welcome each month!! Make plans now to attend!! "Back to the 50's" will be the Showcase Corral at the June 25th Somernites Cruise in downtown Somerset. Bring your 1950's era vehicles and come be part of this showcase!! Chevys, Ford, Chrysler and any other 50's era makes and models are all welcome!! Let's show some love for these awesome 50's classics!! Clubs are welcome and we will try to park you as a group if you come in as a group. Gates will open at 12:00pm and admission is FREE! To park in the "Back to the 50's" Showcase at Somernites Cruise on Sat. June 25th here are your directions...From US 27 (the Strip) if you are traveling north turn RIGHT at light #11. If traveling south, turn LEFT. Take the very next LEFT and then continue on to the Showcase entrance gate. Only 1950 to 1959 vehicles will be admitted thru this gate on show day. Friday (June 24th) 10am to 2pm - Burnside "Meet & Greet". We are excited to announce that the City of Burnside has become the Official Host for our "Meet & Greet" on Fridays during Cruise weekends!! The new "Burnside Meet & Greet" is from 10am to 2pm at the Stonebrook Center parking lot (Reno's, Dos Amigo's, etc.) located at 6361 S Hwy 27, Burnside, KY 42519. There will be representatives from Burnside Tourism present with information, discounts and other goodies so make plans to attend this event each month!! Friday (June 24th) 5pm to 9 pm – Friday Night Thunder Block Party hosted by the Somerset Mall and Don Franklin Family of Dealerships. Come enjoy live music and hundreds of classic/collector cars and trucks!! Saturday (June 25th) 8:00am – Fun Run to the Haney's Appledale Farm. Meet at Hardee’s south for a free breakfast between 8am-8:30am. Saturday (June 25th) 12pm to 6:00pm – It's the Main Event....Somernites Cruise Show and Shine!!
