This year, John Cotton Nonwovens will exhibit the next generation in its Platinum series, Platinum 3D. With a three-dimensional supportive structure, the material has been engineered to provide “unparalleled comfort and support” due to its unique and technically advanced blend of siliconised and spiral-crimped conjugate fibres.

It provides support in a multidirectional orientation, making it “the only foam alternative for your bed mattress and upholstery”, states the supplier.

Platinum 3D has all the added benefits of Platinum Eco – long-lasting performance, a favourable microclimate, free from FR chemicals and made from recycled fibres. It can also be recycled at the end of the mattress’ life into an alternative product.
