The Director People, Culture and Strategic Engagement (PCSE) exists to realise our aspiration to be a regional leader known as an employer of choice and key strategic partner that delivers community benefit.
The focus of the role is to provide organisation leadership and enable cultural transformation through innovative collaborations and ways of working together.
This Division ensures that all our people are set up for success and that our strategic partnerships are optimised to deliver innovative library programs and services that meet our Library Plan objectives.
The Director PCSE enables high performance and is critical to our ability to be our best now and into the future.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team the Director PCSE contributes to a high performing team that models authentic, engaging and professional leadership with our people and key stakeholders. They are committed to continuous improvement and demonstrate a deep alignment with our purpose and vision that focusses on access and inclusion for everyone, particularly our vulnerable communities and regional pandemic recovery and leadership
