DECEMBER 2012 – FEBRUARY 2013

SUM EDIT MER ION

“ W ELCO M E ” It’s my pleasure to present you with the Geelong Regional Library Corporation’s events and programs brochure for December 2012 to February 2013. Your libraries are offering a great number and array of activities and events this Summer. We place special emphasis on the development of reading literacy and with this in mind, provide a huge range of children’s and youth activities. We are also helping the community keep pace with changes in technology through our educational programming. Libraries are community spaces. Our programming for adults is also extensive with book chats, poetry, author events and many other activities to enjoy. Make the most of the Summer days with a visit to your local library and join in with the events and activities that interest you. This brochure details opportunities for every community member to participate and learn. We hope to see you in our libraries regularly. There is something for everyone. Cr Andy Richards Chair
