Reservations: At the time of booking, we will require a 25% deposit (individuals) and 50% deposit (groups) to hold your reservation, to ensure that our staff are protected from “no show” appointments, while any confirmed booking within 48 hours will require a 50% deposit. For group bookings, we reserve appointments 4 months in advance. If you have a group booking of 4 or more and require more than 4 months advanced booking, please contact our Spa Director for booking confirmation.
Cancellations: We hope you do not need to cancel, but if you must, we would appreciate 24 hours prior to treatment for individuals and 1 week for parties of 4 or more to avoid incurring the full therapy fee or voiding Gift Certificates. Should you need to cancel your appointments before the cancellation policy deadline, services can/will be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Late Arrivals: This may result treatment time loss unless our schedule enables us to offer you the full service. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you enjoy the full time you have reserved for your self-care.
Payments for Service and Retail: We accept Cash and Direct Deposits as payment options. We choose not to retain credit card information for client security, safety and peace of mind.
Treatments: We respectfully ask for you to arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to allow time for the completion of any necessary paperwork or consultancy needed before your treatment.
Ultimate Relaxation: To enjoy ultimate relaxation, we ask that you place your Cell Phone on vibrate or silent during appointments.
Gratuities: This is a matter of personal discretion to show your appreciation to your therapist for the service provided.
