VENICE SOCIAL HOUSING COMPLEX

The Project designed to respect the neighborhood, the culture of the island and to not affect the lives of the local people through conserving the spirit of the architecture of Giudecca and accepting the dimensional order according to which it was built. The structure of the modern building coexists with old construction.

tThe Old plans showed how the occupants of island laid out their dwellings in streets perpendicular, so it looks toward Venice. Also, to be opened towards inner courts or gardens. The design is minimal ,modern, functional, and located to be fully integrated with La zitelle church from the north, Campo di Marte housing development from the west. Most importantly built to keep the existing agricultural lands .and offer key solution to housing problem happening all over Giudecca as house owners tend to rent to tourists Only.

NEDLANDS PANDEMIC CARE

"Spirit-Up Perth Care" is designed to be one of the most resilient places during pandemics.

Modular structure system could be constructed in different ways. Using borrowed steel beams could be returned after reuse or adapted the same module with wooden beams as lighter material. Flexible curvy design for care unit comes with different sizes. For the ICU units comes with toilets area, solid material and sealed doors. For cluster HDU area, units come in smaller curved units which separated by curved partitions and curtains to provide privacy.

The same unit design could be adapted for nurses' spaces, surgery room and toilets at the end of each cluster. Supply lines for medical systems, ventilation and sanitary installations lead along overhead crossbeams to the respective clusters, making it possible to ensure enough headroom for the areas below and enabling the concurrent performance of different construction activities.

DAHARAVI SOCIAL HOUSING

Dharavi is one of the world’s largest slums, with more than half a million people per square kilometer . Current standards of sanitation are low, with just one toilet per 1,400 people, and the lack of open space means that children play in cemeteries and on the railway tracks. The proposal oped a comprehensive plan to improve the quality of life for all living there. The result is a framework for a prosperous, sustainable and humane development – one that embraces the district as part of the growing prosperity of Mumbai, rather than isolating it as a barrier to the city’s progress.
