EVOLUTION HYGIENE-ENERGY The new EVO electronics are not only more reliable and of better quality than the conventional electronic versions, but offer some cutting-edge performances and management functions of the dishwashers. The control panel has an LCD panel, which is used to display the current functions and the temperatures, to view the options available on the menu and to manage the system and any anomalies that may occur. The HY-NRG system consists of an insulated atmospheric boiler and a break tank; the water circuit is supplied by the new pressure-boosting pump, which guarantees the rinse cycle is carried out at an ideal and constant water pressure. Energy saving function in stand-by mode. Thermostatic control system of the rinse water at 85°C: the rinsing temperature is controlled by probes, which hold the temperature at 85°C stably throughout the whole duration of the rinse cycle, thanks to the thermo stop function. Progressive “soft start” of the washing pump (not in use for three-phase pumps). Automatic cleaning cycle of the tank at the end of the program. The break tank also prevents the possible backwash of dirty water into the mains, according to the WRAS standard. OPTIONAL
Automatic drain pump with or without overflow pipe. Detrgent dosing. Built-in watersoftener and automatic cycle with “NO SALT” indicator. By-pass valve to evacuate the regeneration water directly into the drain without passing through the washing tank. “Clean water” function: automatic drainage of the stagnant water in the tank 3 hours after switching off, followed by a reinstatement cycle with clean water. (Available only with automatic drain pump). EVO control panel placed on the hood. Beer cycle: cold rinse at the end of cycle. Sanitizing cycle with wash phase at 65°C and final rinse phase at 85°C.
