(which has been used in many Hollywood films), “sometimes there’s no better substitute than real life,” says simon Wood (Production designer) “We photographed every square inch of that hotel.” "We created ‘Production Bibles’ which are like production design style guides for all the locations in the game,” said Wood, “the bibles have floor plans, material, dressing, graphics and signage, lighting details, and any other reference images that are needed to create the locations in the game. Compete in Rally events across a hundred routes in the sun, snow or rain; either in the day or at night. Speed is of essence and learning the circuits is imperative to shave off the seconds of your lap which will make or break your career as a rally driver. There are also a number of playful aspects to the game that differ from the intensity of strategic circuit racing. The all new Gymkhana mode lets drivers go nuts and practise some impressive tricks. Doughnut your way around lampposts, put your foot down across the tops of cargo containers and powerslide into sewer pipes. The realism of the gameplay is something that the developers have paid special attention to.
