GEMINUS has grown from a small staff of approximately 30 in 1992, to well over 300 ethnically diverse managers and staff members as of 2011. As of today, January, 2013, GEMINUS has 324 employees, 126 African American, 48 Hispanic, 148 Cauasian and 2 other.

Administration Services Exploring, Creating and Utilizing Economies of Scale for more Efficient Use of Resources Human Services Programs - Geminus programs affect the people and families within our communities – ultimately strengthening our communities; Helping people when they need help the most; preparing children for kindergarten; preventing substance abuse concerns in our communities and addressing them when they are present; leading teens to wholesome choices; helping families obtain childcare; Reuniting fathers with their children; helping people address anger management concerns; fighting for stronger tobacco laws in Indiana and educating others regarding the ills of tobacco usage and second-hand smoke; Caring about the integration of mental health and physical health so that clients can live longer and healthier lives. At left, - Geminus “A Good Place” is a mosaic designed by Northwest Indiana artist, David Lee Csickso for the 15th anniversary of Geminus Corporation . It is displayed in the Geminus atrium on the first floor lobby and signifies that Geminus leadership, staff and programs serve all peoples, no matter what color, age, sex, or status or concern in life the person may experience.
