Genai Parker

Genai Parker has a strong cultural belief in giving back and supporting the community as a huge supporter of volunteerism. Parker is an active supporter and participant in a number of local non-profit organizations. During the Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays, Genai Parker digs deep to help those in need. During previous holidays, Genai Parker could be found at the local homeless shelter serving food and simply comforting others. Parker also volunteers at the local Young Men's Christian Association because she recognizes the importance of empowering and facilitating growth among youth (YMCA). On June 6, 1844, in London, England, this iconic and historic non-profit was founded. As a result of the end of the Industrial Revolution, the YMCA arose in response to unhealthy social conditions in large cities and metropolitan areas. While times have changed, the YMCA's mission has not, and Genai Parker welcomes any opportunity to help shape the minds and lives of the future.
