This agenda was informed by a focus group discussion where young pregnant women explained their demands followed by a workshop for Women’s health advocacy stakeholders in which stakeholders formed twelve objectives from which six were selected for this agenda. The Federal Ministry of Family Health in Nigeria: Ensure adolescents and young women aged 15-25 years have access to free medical, antenatal, delivery services and care at all government health facilities
The Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (WAPA) of Lagos state: Provide skill acquisition opportunities and funding (empowerment) to all pregnant adolescents
3, Good Nutrition Lagos State Legislators: increase annual budget to 10% to prioritise agricultural production for more food production and good nutrition for pregnant women
