U S A G E A N D A P P L I C AT I O N : DIRECTIONS: The best way to take vidacell® is to shake it or mix it with four to six ounces of liquid (dissolves best with warm liquids) or sprinkle over food. Vidacell® can be taken at any time of the day or night. However, many people find that they experience improved digestion when they take vidacell® 15 minutes prior to a meal. The recommended daily serving size can vary from person-to-person depending on their weight and size. It is recommended that adults take one to three servings per day for daily maintenance. Children should take half of the suggested adult servings. For an alternative use, mix into a paste, apply to skin, wait 10-15 minutes, and rinse with warm water.
